Hi, its not any major problem, you are just becoming teenager, its normal phenomenon of male human body, though in your case it quite early. But it will settle and become normal with time. Take care and stay fit and healthy.

Calf stretches standing calf stretch stand away from a wall and put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.

You need not take any sulpplement if you are eating right. Muscle building will happen gradually with good diet and proper workout. For stamina n energy, you should have a wholesome diet with enough proteins (eggs, fish, chicken, milk & its products, nuts -seeds etc) and good quality fats (rich in MUFA-PUFA) and moderate carbohydrate intake with focus on high fibre. Hydrate yourself properly and include enough fresh fruits and vegetables. Do not have long gaps between meals and do not skip meals at all. Have a good breakfast before you leave for work with source of protein in it. Workout for 45 mins daily be it brisk walk, any sport, swimming,gymming ,etc .Some exercise while sitting at the desk would be useful too. If cough is persistent for more than 15 days. He needs to be investigated by a competent PEDIATRICIAN. Please do not give any cough syrup. Instead you can give honey twice a day. It must be kept in mind that most cough are viral in nature thus self limiting and do not require any antibiotics or antitussive. However a child with cough persistent for more than 2 weeks with or without fever need to be examined.

Hello,Medication will not help at this age, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. play Basket ball regularly. Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. I suggest you to follow these exercises on regular basis in order to get result.

Hi. How can I get a flat tummy? Tough my tummy is not too much but I still want to have flat one. I do suryanamaskar everyday. Earlier I reduced a lot thru that. But I guess now my body is very used to it. So its stagnant. My over all body is perfect except for a lil tummy.

I want to study till late hours for my board exams preparation. Please give me some tips on how can I study for a long time?

It is not the best time for long study because you will deprive yourself of sleep which can cause a lot of other complications apart from loss of memory. Some people have gotten used to night study and it may be, for some only, suitable. So even if you still want to do late study have a very light dinner of proteins, catch an afternoon nap of not more than 45 minutes, having proper lighting so that you do not strain your eyes, drink black coffee or tea, if you feel drowsy (though I prefer that you sleep if you do feel slumber catching up with you), study by writing whenever sleepiness overcomes you, and do not study lying down in yoru bed, ever. A cold shower will also awaken you and if need be some exercise will help too. Short duration for each subject will make it easier to spend long duration of night study. Do not deprive yourself of sleep for a long period of days.

Cardio exercises at home is the best way to lose a ton of weight without even hitting the gym. It not only elevates the health but also improves mood and lowers depression level. It additionally helps you in performing better in the work. But people have this common misconception that cardio only means working with gym equipment but in reality there are some cardio exercises at home that is easy and doesn’t include any equipment.

Skip:

There are various kinds of skipping but cardio exercises that consist of skipping includes bringing one leg to the opposite arm and then doing the same with the other. But maintaining the skipping position.

Climbing stairs:

Quickly climbing the stairs up and down is another way to increase theheart rate. It is very beneficial and can be done anywhere.

Taking the knees high:

In this cardio exercise all you have to do is stand in a steady position with hips and legs apart from each other and bringing up one knee higher as possible and then again taking it down. Change the positions and continue the same.

Inching to the floor:

Try and lie down in the floor like in a push-up style but make sure you start from a standing position. Before going to the lie position try and touch the floor with your fingers like you would have done it while bending. Then come back by touching your feet.

Kick your butt:

This is one of the famous cardio exercises at home. Start by kicking your butt with your heels. Make sure your posture is straight and at the same time keep it light.

Jump:

Jumping is another form of cardio exercise. Just keep your legs together with your hands positioned on the side. Jump and keep your feet on the sides and raise your hands over your head. Before jumping again make sure your legs are together followed by your arms.

Lift up the heels:

For this exercise left up the heels about an inch from the ground and make sure the upper portion of your body is relaxed. You can move or shuffle the position as you like.

Climbing the mountain:

Just do it like you are climbing a mountain. Bring your one leg towards your chest and keep the other behind. Keep the hands on the floor positioned, follow the suit, change positions and repeat.

Plank style push-up:

Position your body like you would do to a plank and position the same in the ground. Bring your body up like you would do while doing a push-up.

Push-up like a diver:

Start from a stand and do a push-up like swooshing from front to up with chest down and face. Repeat the same. But while coming back make sure you bring your hips out and face down.

These were some of the cardio exercise at home. But it is important to do the same to notice results.
