Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Due to strain in day you r in mobile position and night is rest time so do heat fermentation twice a day and apply pain relief ointment do stretching exercise if it work then ok other wise tk physiotherapy treatment for few days.

I am having pain in my lower back due to wrongly done work outs. I still want to continue my work out. What should I do.

If you have to still continue your work then you need to use lumbo sacral belt to avoid further strain on the back and try to avoid heavy weight lift and long drives and if you have sitting job then don't forget to take a few micro breaks every 20-30 min. And apply hot water bag at your back at bed time so you may have a no pain and get sound sleep.

I am 45 yrs old suffering from cervical spine problem since last 5 yrs mri and allapathic medicine taken but no relief. I have to use neck collar to some xtent feel better. Please Suggest me remedies.

It could be due to cervical spondylosis this is quite a common condition rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days do neck & back (spine) exercises use of cervical collar will give you relief. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take you will need other supportive medicines also. Do reply back for private consultation and detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Please do meditation daily. Do morning exercise/walk daily Try to be involve in social activities. Also believe that GOD has something better for you......somewhere...you will get them for sure.

Avoid taking high protein diet and citrus food. Get your uric acid check up. Take homeopathic medicine for pain.
