If it is for the first time then you need to follow it up with your doctor. Its important to inform your doctor who is monitoring your pregnancy and overall health status of the mother and the growth of the baby. Please avoid junk food and outside food. Have simple digestible diet. Drink 8-10 glasses of water to maintain hydration. Eat in small portions (of food) which has fibre content. Keep observing for signs and symptoms and visit the doctor for checkup and proper diagnosis.

Hye. There is no need to opt for any kind of surgical treatments to get your vagina back to form. You can follow some simple, natural and very effective exercises that can tighten the vaginal muscles and reduce the size of the vaginal opening to a great extent. Kegel exercise. One of the most popular ways to tighten the vagina would be to opt for Kegel exercises on a regular basis. Often recommended to ladies post delivery, the exercise involves a woman contracting the muscles of her groin and then relaxing them after 10 seconds. Keep contracting and relaxing the groin muscles for at least 15 times and follow up with 4 sets of the same every day. Alternatively, you can try contracting your groin muscles while you urinate and hold back the urine for about 5 seconds before continuing. Do the same till you finish urinating. Repeat the procedure every time you need to urinate. Leg ups. This simple exercise requires you to lie down on your back on the floor and raise your legs upwards one after the other. Don’t bend the legs, rather keep them straight as you raise and lower them alternatively. A slight variation to this exercise involves moving your legs laterally as well. Keep the legs straight as you do so. Continue the exercise for about 10 minutes and do the same at least 5 times a day for best benefits.

I advise you to do meditation for mental strength by doing slow and deep breathing relaxation exercises in the morning. Take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. Avoid garlic and red chilly at home and avoid non veg and eggs. Keep your weight normal as compared to your height. These will help you in getting pregnant.

sex is safe during preg but it should be very genlte and u should use barrier method of contraception like condom to avoid any infection. breast should not be pressed as it may cause premature engorgement of breast.

Hi Doctor, My mom have a problem that uterus is just moved down lightly and little bit enlarged as the doctor said. Due to that bleeding occurs frequently so the doctor done DNC operation (with GA) at first. But the problem is not cured yet, so the doctor advised to remove the uterus. Since health issues are the major concerns at her age (47 years) I did not want to remove uterus and to know whether there is any physiotherapy treatment for this? we also consulted siddha doctors but they told that there is no treatment in siddha for this problem. I am purely searching any physiotherapy treatment by a gynecologist. Please suggest me any answers. Thanks in advance.

If uterus is in low down position, only permanent cure is the operation. But in some cases, we can defer operation by asking the patient to follow pelvic floor exercise. Pls remember it is purely a temporary measure to delay the operation but not the ultimate solution. Bleeding is another problem that must be assessed properly before operation.
