Suffering from knee [both] pain. No difficulty in walking. Difficulty in climbing up and down staircase and changing posture from sitting to standing and vice versa. Pain not yet excruciating. Do exercise. Do not take any medicine. Kindly advise.

3 avoid heavy weight lifting from the ground.
4 maintain body weight.
5 do regularly exercise.

Hello prolong standing must be avoidble for u. Because more pressure. More pain will arise. So keep in mind. Use ice compression around knee joint for 3 time in a day10 min. Consult me after 7 days.
