Sometime gastric and non digestive issues produce pain in body or in joints. So first of all I suggest you to treat gastric and metabolism issue. Try rise onn syrup to reduce gastric and metabolism dysfunction prob. If crackling sound produce in knee then it's a sign of reducing cartilage from your joint. This can produce difficulty in sitting, squatting and in walking. But do not worry there is a solution of this solution via cartilage formation technique to regain cartilage and reduce knee pain. By this technique regain mobility and cartilage. If any question or suggestion you need then feel free to contact.
