Hi, am 18 years old male, want to increase height, so am following height program ,rich diet, exercises but have a problem. 1.i sleep afternoon 3-6 pm, and I sleep night 11-7 am, so I nap two times a day. You are doing everything good. You should relax and enjoy life as it is in the present moment. Please accept the future as it comes even though it's your right to plan and do your best. Do not waste your time thinking about the end result because it's not in your hands. In case of height it depends mainly on a genetic factor which each one of us inherit from the parents. To reach that growth potential one has to support it with good nutrition, exercise, and proper sleep ( 6-8 hrs everyday ) and keep the mind cool by relaxing. So learn some relaxation techniques or yoga ( pranayama and meditation) as that can help the body to integrate all the systems and help you reach your potential growth. You need not sleep more than 8 hrs a day as it does not serve any purpose. Over sleeping and over thinking may in fact slow you down. After having done the best, and learning to make some corrections as and when needed, you now have to simply move on and work on your priorities and goals. All the best.

Dark Circle. Apply Biluma Cream/ Kojivit Gel/ Kojic Cream for application once daily for 2 weeks. Then apply Cernor Kit everyday (expensive but effective) For 1 month. Check Hemoglobin.

Cover you head with a scarf when you go out. It prevents dirt from getting in your hair. Do not head outside just after washing your hair. All sort of damage happens to your hair because of this. Massage your scalp with a mix of good oils once in every two days - olive oil, sesame oil, almond oil etc.

I'm 18 but skin looks way elder. Please suggest me ways to get it back to normal. It'd be great help if you cud also tip me about hair gain and removal of heavy wrinkle texture in my skin. And yes. I'm overweight (has it gotta do much with it?)

Homoeopathic cream ANTIWRINKLE CREAM ( BAKSON) Apply in circular fashion twice a day 1. Avoid the sun and/or use a good sunscreen. Sun damage is well-known to wreak havoc upon the best of skin. All sun worshippers that do not take heed pay the price with lax, leathery skin before their time ~ not to mention the risk of many dangerous skin cancers. The sun screen should be o Broad-spectrum protection (protects against UVA and UVB rays). o Sun Protection Factor (SPF) 30 or greater. o Water resistance o Preferably Homoeopathic SUNCARE SUNSCREEN ( BAKSON). 2. Drink plenty of water. Water is what nourishes our cells…it is present in EVERY cell in our bodies. But, many people do not drink enough of this elixir! And, without proper hydration, skin will appear dull and listless ~ lacking the elasticity that gives us our youthful appearance. What is the proper amount of water to drink per day? This is a controversial subject, but I recommend 9 cups for women and 12.5 cups for men. 3. Do not bathe in hot water since this has a harmful effect on the skin integrity, damaging it and drying it out. 4. Use a good moisturizer! Preferably Homoeopathic SILK nd STAY BODY MOISTURISER ( SBL) 5. Partaking in regular exercise can improve skin elasticity. It is recommended to have 30 minutes of aerobic exercise to improve circulation for the skin. This gives the benefit of feeding the skin and removing any waste products more effectively. Hence, you will have a more youthful skin. 6. Proteins make up the matrix of our cells and thus are very important for good collagen and elasticity. Eat these top proteins for good elasticity: almonds, peanut butter, salmon, sardines and eggs. 7. Luten an antioxidant found in egg yolks, spinach, and other leafy greens may improve skin elasticity by almost 20%. Lutein is also found in topical face products. 8. Fish oil capsules taken on a daily basis can do much for skin elasticity. This is very important if you are on a diet or have already lost a lot of weight…fish oil is one of your best weapons to combat laxity and looseness of the skin. But, be sure to follow the dosage directions on the label (and consult a physician before taking anything) since the wrong dose may be harmful or dangerous in bleeding disorders (or other medical conditions). 9. Also, it’s important to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables for good skin elasticity. And, of these ~ the best ones to eat are as follows: • Red Peppers • Oranges • Grapefruits • Strawberries • Broccoli • Carrots • Mango • Apricots • Sweet Potato • Avocados

Your diet should be rich in proteins and carbohydrates i. E dairy products, non-fruits (banana, dates, mango, anzeer) go for gym for 1 hour everyday. After follow this diet if your weight remain same. It means there is some hormonal imbalance you have to go for some medical test i. E thyroid profile.
