1. Train your brain - it has been proven that a walk amidst nature is the most effective way to increase brain function. Monsoon season provides an ideal temperature for you to go out for a stroll to your nearby park or street and this can do a lot of good to your brain. Such walks have been found to increase both memory and focus to a considerable extent.

2. Indulge in outdoor activities - it is almost impossible to step out for exercises during the sweltering summer months as it can cause severe dehydration of the body. However, autumn brings a considerable temperature decrease with it and is the perfect time to indulge in healthy outdoor activities such as cycling, running, hiking etc.

3. Utilize the extra sunlight - autumn grants us one extra hour of sunlight and you should make the most of it. Exposing your body to the sun for a time period of 10-15 minutes on a daily basis can effectively cover the amount of vitamin d required by the body.

4. Consume seasonal fruits - a number of healthy fruits are available in autumn such as apples, which are packed with vitamin a and are extremely beneficial for eye, hair and skin health. Moreover, pumpkin and squash are other fruits which are rich sources of beta carotene and thus help in building immunity against diseases such as cancer and hypertension.

The check ups you should receive are blood routine, lipid profile, blood serum creatinine, blood sugar levels fasting and after food, ecg, lung function test, stress test and thyroid tests. Can I still have the PCOS after my abortion? Actually I was having PCOS like around august 2014 I got to knw when I started missing my periods and periods were irregular and in ultrasound I got to knw m having PCOS. Doctor gave me medicines. Den I got pregnant in May 2015. Den it got aborted after 2 months. Now I want to knw dat still m having PCOS?

If you’re purchasing a famous diet food or so called health food, you can basically get yourself a better, healthier body—at least that’s what a lot of people assume. 
If you think the promise of a fat-free dessert sounds too good to be true, you’re right. When manufacturers take the fat out of cookies and sweets, they typically load them up with sugar, which is one of the worst nutrients for total health and weight loss. Plus, when something is labeled as a healthier option, you actually wind up eating even more, which is going to backfire. Hi pain lie tthis it could be gastric ulcer for diagnosis you should do ogidiscopy [leproscopy] and stool examination by doing this investigation we can dignose still that I suggest you some remedies 1. Have mung dal and rice soup 2. Eat sweet things 3. Audumbaravleha 2tsp before lunch and dinner.

Fasting blood sugar rises first then post prandial or hba1c so you are in prediabetic state do life style modification diet control and exercise. Repeat after 3 month fbsugar and hba1c test.

Hi lybrate-user, Restriction on height is 18 years for males. But "there is always an exception" don't stop trying. You can increase your height 2 -3 inches without age limit. I will recommend you some yoga exercise for increase your height. Do it on regular bases with a positive attitude. 1. Suryanamaskar 2. Sukhasan 3.
