Do tests cbc,blood sugar,lft,kft,urine r/m,mp,widal. take ors liquid, take tab. dolo-650 mg twcie a day.tab. emeset -4mg twice a day. ulgel-A 15 ml before meal. Start with easily digested foods such as gelatin, crackers and toast. When you can keep these down, try cereal, rice, fruit, and salty or high-protein, high-carbohydrate foods. Avoid fatty or spicy foods. Wait to eat solid foods until about six hours after the last time you vomited

Hello, cramping during period is a common problem.check with the gybac to eliminate possibility of endometriosis. make her drink green tea and lots of water.hot water bag might also help.

Hi lybrate user, continue weight loss is not good symptoms for health. Try to stop it with proper diet. Try to take high calorie high protein diet. Include all the food groups in your daily meal. Milk & milk products, daal/ nonveg, rice- wheat products, green leafy vegetables & fruits & oil & nuts. Richest sources of protein are chicken, fish, egg, paneer, milk, curd & daal. Try to include more protein sources to build your muscles. Take small & frequent meal, do not bing/ overeat. Do regular walk/ exercise.

If you have leg pain then you have to rule out the casues for having leg pain. First of all check your weight and your haemoglobin levels, as Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there are no issues with the knee joint or back pain. If not if the pain radiates down the back of thigh and legs then it might be due to sciatica. Kindly consult the nearby physiotherapist. Hope you recover soon from the leg pain. This is a general low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain. It looks like you are anaemic. If you have back pain after you sit for long hours then it is due to your haemoglobin levels as it is important to check that. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back / leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain.

Dear lybrateuser, your chest pain could be due to acidity - follow some dietary precautions: - avoid spicy, fried, sour & junk foods, also restrict tea, coffee intake to 1-2 cups per day, avoid tomato, raw onion, garlic, mint & chocolate, alcohol - do not skip meals, have meals on time, chew your food well, have 4-5 small meals rather than having three large meals, do not lye down for 1-2 hrs after a meal, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime - have 7-8 glasses of water per day - do regular exercise - take syrup gelusil, 2 teaspoonful half an hour after meals three times a day.

Check your diet, for weight gain to happen either you must be consuming much more calories than required or else your body exercise or burning of calories is less than what you consume, if this is not the case then would suggest you to go for thyroid profile tests if you have some other symptoms as well as sluggishness, irritable,fatigue I.e getting tired easily ,weight gain.

1. Start cardiovascular exercises like running, jogging, cycling etc. 2. Avoid carbohydrates and fats. 3. Avoid processed and junk foods. 4. Start exercising. Both body weight exercises like push ups, pull ups, squats and weight training in the gym is helpful. 5. Stay hydrated. 6. Have a light dinner. 7. Evening walk is always recommended. 8. Green veggies complete your nutrient requirements. 9. Consume all types of protein both from veg and non veg sources. 10. Sleep well.
