For increasing weight best natural way is start doing surya namskar in the morning. No drink before meals. Do regular exercise. Take 2 glass water in the morning. You should take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu, milk and milk products, combination of cereals and pulses take healthy and heavy breakfast.

Dandruff is a generalised term but under this heading there are many other disorders. It can be psoriasis, dermatitis, seborrheic dermatitis, pityriasis amentecia etc. It is important to apply oil to scalp if it is dry scaling. But if the scaling is fluctuating then it needs proper treatment. Hair fall can happen due to nutritional deficiency, stress, thyroid problem, diabetes, acute illness like malaria, typhoid etc. It is important to understand the causative reason. Scalp check is must. Diet rich in minerals, protein and iron is good for hair. Consult trichologist for treatment.

there are a lot of food which can bring back the glow in your skin. There, s more to them than just colours and being fruits and vegetables. They act at a molecular level to maintain the color, tone, texture of skin. Have plenty of fruits especially colored ones, blue and purple fruits like grapes, blackberries, blackcurrants, blueberries, plums, egg plants, strawberries, cranberries are rich in anthocyanin phytonutrients which is a potent antioxidant which repairs collagen and smoothes the skin. Tomatoes contain lycopene and they r the most powerful antioxidant which protects the skin from ageing effects like wrinkles, blemishes, pigmented spots, darkness and dullness. Among vegetables, cabbage, broccoli, brussels contain antioxidant glucosinolate which metabolises oestrogen and soften the skin and improve its texture and vascularity. Green tea with its epicatechin repairs damaged dna and thereby maintains skin structure.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

Hello, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. Play Basket ball regularly. You can have all the warm foods and freshly made hot dishes. Avoid ice creams and excess oily foods. Increase Your Fluid Intake:Drinking enough water and liquids will make sure that your bowel movements are regular and smooth.Drinking lots of water will help to flush out all the toxins from your body. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables containing vitamin C like oranges, strawberries, papayas, melons, grapefruits, broccoli, sweet potatoes, tomatoes etc. The antioxidant present in vitamin C aids in tissue repair and speeds up the healing process. - Make sure to include vitamin C in your regular diet, as it will also protect you from common cold and cough. Vitamin C helps prevent arthritis and other joint pain, which are common side effects of a cesarean delivery. Have An Iron-Rich Diet: During a cesarean delivery, your body will suffer from a major blood loss. egg yolk, liver, dried fruits and dried beans are enriched in iron. Include Lean Protein In Your Meal Plans. Fiber are recommended for women who have undergone the C-section surgery to prevent constipation, which may result in stress on the surgical stitches on the womb. Fruits such as raspberries, banana, pears, apples; whole wheat grains pasta and bread; peas, beans, and lentils; and vegetables like artichoke and green peas are some of the high-fiber foods that can be included in the diet. Fruits with edible skins should be eaten with their skins for providing more roughage to the digestive system for easy bowel movement.

Nuts - Reasons Why You Must Eat Them!

Nuts were rediculed till a few years back by the diet-conscious population because they are high in fats. However, now they are being embraced by the very same people because of their heart healthy, anti diabetes and weight loss properties.

Recent research has transformed mindsets. Extensive studies published in reputed journals prove that nuts not only promote heart health and fight diabetes, but they also aid in weight-loss. Nuts are nutritional nuggets containing phytochemicals and unsaturated fats, which are a type of fat that promotes heart-health. They also contain high levels of Vitamin E, folic acid, magnesium, copper and antioxidants.

Promoters of weight loss
Nuts are some of the most filling food items available in your kitchen cabinets. The high fibre and protein in nuts makes you feel full faster. This means you will never binge eat on nuts, you will not reach for the pizza in the fridge and therefore, not pile on the kilos. Because of this, nuts are a dieter’s dream.

The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition says that dieters stick with their diet plan longer if nuts are included in it. In fact they don’t feel they are on a diet, if they’re allowed to eat nuts while dieting. Other prestigious studies suggest that women who eat nuts tend to be slimmer than women who don’t. Nuts like peanuts can increase your metabolic rate. So you burn up more calories and lose weight.

Nuts also stabilize your blood sugar as they are low glycemic index foods. This means they are digested more slowly and release sugar gradually into the bloodstream, as compared to food items such as rice that is a high glycemic index food. Low glycemic index food products also provide long-term energy and decrease cravings.

Nuts contain calories, but these calories come along with awesome health benefits. Since, one ounce of nuts contains 160- 200 calories, it’s important to remember not to binge on other fatty foods like ghee along with nuts. Balance is important while having these nutrient-dense foods. If you don’t do this, you will end up putting on weight instead of losing it.

Apart from portion control, nutritionists suggest that you do the following:

  1. Eat nuts along with other food items, like mix and match nuts with fruits, sprinkle nuts on soups, cheese or breads and eat them with salads.
  2. Eat small portions and avoid eating handful of nuts at a go.
  3. The nuts that are really good are walnuts, almonds, Macadamia nuts, pecans and cashews. So try to include more of these. Also, if you are allergic to peanuts, stay away from them.
  4. Avoid sweet or flavoured varieties of nuts. These contain extra doses of salt and sugar and can end up making you fat. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a general physician.

Hi lybrate-user, start your day with a fresh juicy fruit. Good on stomach. Breakfast should be wholesome. Eat every 2 hours. Main meal options are roti-sabzi-dahi, rice-dal-sabzi, khichdi-dahi, etc. Workout 150 minutes a week, that's like thrice a week. Even though food is free in office, stay off junk that comes out of the packaged products including chips, sodas and juices. Stay hydrated. Ab crunches, squats, pilates, air cycling, swimming, suryanamaskaras definitely help. All the best and keep progressing on your fitness journey! hope this helps.

Welcome to lybrate and thanks for query. You can take man. Rub. 200 / 5 drops in little water thrice a day for one month. Regular stretching with exercises at least half an hour in the morning and half an hour at evening. Revert back after one month with feedback.

Hi apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with any good ayurvedic soap containing neem etc.......
