Don’t get stuck in a rut doing the same old things – the only way to change the structure of your brain is to do something new. This creates new neural pathways, increasing your intelligence. You could take a new route to work, try a new recipe for dinner, or even a new form of exercise – mix it up! 2. Exercise regularly It’s been proven that regular exercise helps to increase brain function and enhances neurogenesis. This means that every time you exercise you are creating new brain cells! Get off the couch and get moving! Your brain will thank you for it :) 3. Train your memory How often do you hear people say “I wish I had a better memory?’ Yet no-one does anything about this! If you discipline yourself to memorise phone numbers and other important numbers (passport, credit card, insurance, driving license) you will start to see a marked improvement in your memory 4. They r good at almost everything and m not m just an average girl. So I feel inferior and my family members also think that m not useful to anything. Committing or trying to commit suicide is not a way of showing our importance in others' lives. I can completely understand the level of stress you are going through, but there is always a better way of handling it. I sincerely feel that your depressive symptoms, self harm thoughts and being overweight could be a part of hormonal imbalance. So I would advise you to do a complete hormonal profile including thyroid hormones, serum dhea levels, serum testosterone levels etc. Consult a gynecologist to rule out pcod if you continue to feel depressed and have feelings of hopelessness nad worthlessness, I would recommend you to visit a psychiatrist personally and start treatment and counselling. Depression is treatable so are hormonal problem. I am sure you will feel much better after treatments.

Hey. This is absolutely a myth. If you are addicted to masturbation, spending all your time in it, are not keeping awareness of eating or staying active, then obviously you will lose weight. Not because you are masturbating but because you are not eating well, keeping active or going out for some recreational activity. Understand its fine as long as you indulge when needed but unnecessary addiction is not good.

I will suggest you to join a basketball training camp and Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit
