Hi,
First before washing hair apply oil in the morning or previous night.Don't use anti-dandruff shampoos at all bcoz this will increase the amount of dandruff and hairfall. Don,t eat too spicy and oily food.Include salads in diet and fruits.
Take
Biohair liquid (Bioforce AG)
10drops in 1/4th cup of water ,drink twice a day 1/2 an hour after meals.
Use
Arnica Hair "N" Scalp Shampoo (WHEEZAL)
Apply gently into wet hair and scalp and rinse thoroughly.Wash hair twice a week.

Hello lybrate-user basically aap ka problem aapki sleeping habits ki wajah se hai. Normal adult need 6 to 7 hrs of sound sleep. There is something called as sleep hygiene. You have to maintain that. Aap agar dopahar ko sooti hai to mat sonye. Sham ko tea coffee ka sewan mat kare. Sham ko sone se phele 10 15 min exercise kare. Hope isse aapka sleeping pattern improve hoga. As such abhi apko koi medications ki zarurat nahi hai.
