STRESS AND WORRY are major factors in causing hair fall. Unless it is answered, it is very difficult. In stead of bothering about hair fall, concentrate on what is required out of you at this age. You will excel there and your problem will stop by itself. Do not go for any anti anxiety drugs. Avoid all medicines and shampoos. General guidelines: Take utmost care to get good sleep; if stressed out knowingly or suffering unknowingly, seek help to address the issue. Total darkness in the bed room is very essential for good sleep. No night lamps even. When sleep is disturbed, hair fall starts. Don't go for any so called branded hair oil but use genuine, virgin coconut oil only. Avoid all shampoos. Apply virgin coconut oil freely, let it soak it for 20 minutes, Apply Shikakai or mild, very diluted shampoo lightly. Not more than once a week. Continue and wait for 3 months to see good results Food: Panneer, cheese, eggs, chicken, fish Further specific medicinesL: pl come on private consultation.

For increasing your breast size Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Hair fall problem is internal. Try to save yourself from these over promising adds of shampoos and oils. Rather focus on your diet and lifestyle. A good dirt for 3 months can show you some good results.

Flaunting a fair and flawless complexion is everyone's dream. There are many readymade fairness creams that can lighten your complexion instantly. Leave it for 20 minutes and rinse with warm water. People with oily or combination skin can avoid adding cream, they can add multani mitti instead into the pack papaya: papaya fruit contains an enzyme called papain that helps to exfoliate the skin, and this makes way for new skin cells to emerge. Papaya also contains vitamin c. Choose a green papaya to make your face mask, papain is most concentrated in a green papaya. To make a papaya mask peel and slice the papaya put it in a blender to make a smooth paste apply it on your skin and leave it for 20 minutes rinse it away with warm water. Any queries inform me.

Fairness diet carrot salmon spinach lemons HERE ARE THE BEAUTY TIPS FOR QUICK FAIRNESS: 1. Application of lemon juice on your face can give you quick fairness. Lemon juice is acidic. Hence it naturally bleaches your skin. However don’t apply it undiluted. You might find the sting of undiluted lemon juice unbearable. So mingle it with few drops of water. You can also use a face mask made out of lemon juice and other ingredients like chickpea flour and almond. You need to soak about 5-6 almonds overnight in water. Next morning peel off the almond skins, crush almonds to a smooth paste, adding lemon juice and 2 tbsp chickpea flour to your mixture. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and apply the mask all over face and neck. Keep for about 20 minutes and then rinse with cold water. Repeat thrice a week. 2. Dry out the orange rinds. Ground those into a fine powder. Mingle the powder with curd and honey and apply it all over your face. Massage in a circular pattern for about 10-15 minutes and wash off with cold water. Repeat this remedy too thrice a week. Inform Mr. progress.

Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day.
