If it's ur natural then it can't be,, apply alovera gel extract,, apply haldi paste with rose water,apply scrubber to scrub,,apply bananna with milk,,this can be helpful

You should first change the bed... And also do exercise by experts advise... See if this solves the problem... Sometimes doing it without knowledge can harm more than improve.. Also take Homoeopathic Medicine .arnica Montana 30 TDs...for 2-3 days.

Symptoms of Dengue are as follows 1. Fever 2.joint pain, bone pain 3. Rash on body 4. Headache Prevention of Dengue Dengue is spread through mosquito bite which the carrier so safety nets to prevent mosquito bites must be used. 2. Prevention of collection water, stagnant water etc must be done. 3. If fever and joint pain persists for more than 3 days contact your doctor. 4. Avoid self medication. 5. Take plenty of fluids.

Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly.

Dear Lybrateuser, - Your problem could be due to acidity - avoid spicy, fried, sour & junk food, also restrict intake of tea, coffee to 1-2 cups per day - do not skip meals, have meals on time, chew your food well, have 4-5 small meals rather than three large meals, do not lye down for about an hour after meals, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime - take tablet Pan40, 1 tablet half an hour before breakfast daily in the morning - have 7-8 glasses of water per day for proper hydration - do regular exercise like walking, jogging, do yoga & deep breathing for 10-15 min daily morning to keep fit - do investigations, ECG, x- ray chest to rule out any other problem.

Hello, nothing is possible in12 hours, it needs a proper medication and continuous efforts. Homoeopathic medicines are less invasive and have more herbal approach towards gaining the weight. There are a number of homoeopathic medicines, which treat the root cause behind the body’s inability to gain weight or bulk up. 1. Take alfalfa tonic(wsi), 2 – 2 tsp. Thrice a day, half an hour before meals. 2. Calcarea phos 200, 5 drops , once in aweek , morning empty stomach for 2 weeks. 3.
