I'm a bachelor of 3rd year. I don't get proper and constant sleep for at least 5hrs even I have much night outs for academics. I'm getting pimples they are coming and going and leaving Mark on skin, even my skin is oily. So please help me out.

1. You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2. You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3. Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5. Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6. Take light dinner. 7. Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time. 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10. Don’t sleep in day time 11. Don’t take sleeping pill 12. If no relief consult doctor.

For fever take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and Eat nutritious food and have adequate fluid intake and take physical rest and Get your blood checked for cbc, mp , widal , sgpt and urine r/m and revert back to us with reports

You should *take luke warm water only * take daal chawal, mung chaval only * use cow ghee & milk in diet, avoid curd * take dry black grapes 25, after meal 2 hour * avoid day sleep * start mahasudarshana kadha of sandu company, 3 tsp before meal * start tab sanshamani vati 2 2 2 before meal 1 hour.

take amlapitta mishrana syrup, 2 tsf ,three times a day in a glass of warm water, before meals. Take kamadudha rasa, 1 tab, three times a day empty stomach. Stop tea, coffee, spci food, fried food, balery products in your diet. Stop red chilly powder. Continue the regime for 21 days. good luck

It's said that physically active men are less likely to suffer from enlarged prostate if they performed a physical activity of low to moderate intensity. Likewise, physically active men who ran for 90 to 108 minutes are 20% less likely to develop erectile dysfunction.

2. Eat fruits and vegetables: Including fruits and vegetables in your diet can help to maintain a healthy prostate. Guava, papaya, tomato and watermelon are some of the options that spell good for your prostate.
