I am a 19 year old female. I got my periods on the 29th of july. Lasted till the 2nd of july had a little spotting on the 3rd of july. Had protected sex with my bf and took an I pill 4 hours after. 4 days after on the 8th of August I experienced bleeding like periods so is it an early period?

yes its early period due to harmonal changes and ipill tab its a emergency pill use any other contraceptive for safe sex every time after sex dont take ipill tab .

Hye. Proteins are not stored in the body like other nutrients. Your body will utilize only as much protein it needs and the rest will be broken down for energy purpose which is it's secondary function; main being building/repairing muscles. Depending on the exercise (ie. Strength training/cardio or activities like gymnastics or weight lifting) your body's needs for proteins varies. Although whey is natural and the most easily and quickly assimilated form of protein - it is not needed to be exclusively included in your diet. You have to have a balanced healthy protein rich diet for the supplement to be utilised.       Protein need totally depends on your present food intake & activity levels. Protein needs have to be assessed. Most often we depend only on supplements and don't know how much is actually needed and take it randomly. So, side effects are less if you are taking a balanced diet and protein intake is not exceeding your body's needs or you have no inherent medical condition.

There are many reasons for hair loss. It is absolutely normal to loose 80-90 hair per day as it is usually replaced with new hair.There are many reasons for hair fall or hair loss like
Hereditary
Stress
Hormonal imbalance
Illness
Fungal infection of the scalp
Poor diet and nutrition
Child birth
Side effects of some drugs etc

Some forms of hair loss can be prevented with natural home remedies and a healthy lifestyle. But if one observes sudden increased loss of hair, it is advisable to consult a dermatologist or a trichologist.

Do?s and Don?ts

Certain practices like tying your hair tightly, combing the hair back, drying the hair vigorously with a terry towel, treating your hair with chemicals, combing vigorously causes the hair to break and results in hair fall. Try to avoid such practices as it will affect the overall health of the hair.

Include a diet rich in iron, protein, zinc and other nutrients.

Water is vital to proper hydration and also flushes out toxins from the body. It is necessary in order, for all nutrients to be utilized properly by the body, proper functioning of every cell in the body including hair follicles.

Keep yourself free of stress as stress is one of the reasons for hair fall.

Natural Home Remedies to prevent Hair Fall

Grind grated coconut with a little water and squeeze out thick milk. Massage this milk into the hair roots 3 times a week to prevent hair loss naturally.

Apply paste of gooseberry powder to prevent hair graying and falling. You can add gooseberry powder to henna paste also. Include amla or gooseberry in your diet as it is a rich source of vitamin C. (Few gooseberry recipes ? Gooseberry raita, gooseberry rice etc)

Grind fenugreek seeds soaked in water overnight and apply the paste on the scalp and wash it off after half an hour. This is an age old natural remedy for hair fall.

Apply Egg white on the scalp and wash it off after 15-20 minutes. It controls hair fall and also nourishes the hair because of the protein in the eggs

1.You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2.You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3.Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4.Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5.Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6.Take light dinner. 7.Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time . 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner.Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10.Don’t sleep in day time 11.Don’t take sleeping pill 12. If no relief consult doctor

Hello, you didn't mention if baldness is running in your family. Hairloss is always due to multiple factors like baldness, nutritional status, exposure to different hair products and any current or previous illnesses. You can use a combination of hair lotions and shampoos and tablets if required. Consult a dermatologist. And get your hair density checked and follow their regime.
