Hello take alpha ha, 15 drops with water at the gap of 2 hours. Take kali phos 6x, 6 tabs twice daily and take sound sleep of 9 - 10 hours. You will feel better after getting up because you have headache due to lack of sleep.

I'm a 47 years old male. Notwithstanding that myself being a complete teetotaller, I'd heart-attack when I was only 30 years old & suffered myocardial infarction. Last year my condition got so very deteriorated that I had to undergo a Heart-Transplant surgery at Chennai & recuperating since then. For first 7 months post this surgery, I was put on a steroid Wysolone-5 mg OD. However, this resulted in a weight gain of 10-12 Kgs until now, more particularly around my belly. Kindly advise me diet plan with a set of must-do exercises, which'll help me reduce my stomach pinch! Please note that I'm off the Wysolone drug now, but I'm still put on a very high dose of immuno-suppressants! Also, please advise if weight lifting would help? Please oblige Regards: Adv. Switch to low-carbohydrate and low-fat diet. In cereals, consume rice (without starch), rice flakes. In fruits, consume low-carbohydrate fruits that have low levels of glucose such as Apple, Pear, Blueberry, Avocado, Apricot, Grapefruit, Kiwi, Plum, Strawberry, Raspberry. Use Canola oil/desi ghee. Sugar intake should be between 5-7g. Avoid junk/fried foods/sweets. Weight lifting would help. But better do aerobics and play sports. These would help better.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 1 wk, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hi. There are four main factors which causes acne: Oil production Dead skin cells Clogged pores Bacteria Factors that may worsen the acne: Androgen hormones, certain medications (drugs containing corticosteroids, androgens or lithium tcan worsen acne), dietary factors, including dairy products and carbohydrate-rich foods — such as bread, bagels and chips — may trigger acne and Stress can make acne worse. Management: Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days. Also, use Bakson’s Apricot scrub 1-2times a week on the area.

Three Ways to Protect Your Knees

The knee is known as the largest and one of the most complex joints in the human body, and also one of the most vulnerable, as it supports the weight of the entire body. The knee joint is made up of several elements including the knee cap, meniscus, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments, cartilage, and muscles. Damage to any part of the knee can cause chronic pain. So how can you protect your knee from damage and injury? Take a look at these three points!

Dealing with Load: Weight is a big one. Carrying around extra pounds and kilograms can be detrimental for your knees in the long run. Your knee is not equipped to handle the excessive weight. It already supports three to five times your weight when you get up and walk around or indulge in some mild jogging. One must be careful of those extra pounds to take the load off the knee and keep it from falling prey to damage.
Exercise: Moderate to intense exercise is prescribed for one and all. This, of course, depends on one's overall health and age. If you are already suffering from joint pain, then you may want to go easy on the exercise with a focus on building muscle strength and foundation. If you are healthy, then some amount of daily exercise as a routine will keep those knees in prime working condition and well lubricated as well. Inactivity and a sedentary lifestyle can affect the knees very badly.
Do not Ignore: Warning signals such as chronic or acute knee pain should not be ignored. Remember to see a doctor or an orthopaedic specialist to find out if you have contracted an infection or if you may have suffered a fracture due to an injury. Also, it is important to take a bone density test regularly, especially after the age of 40 or for women going through menopause, as this will point to any deficiencies and even warn you in case there is any trace of osteoporosis.

Rest, exercise, and food should be kept in fine balance for a healthy body. These are a few measures that one can take to keep knee pain at bay. Yet, it is also advisable to speak with a doctor at length regarding measures to protect your knees.

A) take 30 ml of fresh LEMON JUICE,GINGER JUICE and 15ml of honey along with lukewarm water early in the morning on empty stomach...B) eat 1 TSF of BLACK CUMIN SEEDS along with 1 TSF of jiggery after meals...D) take 2-2 tablets of CHITRAKADI VATI and LEELAVILAS RASA after meals…do all these things for 30 days…it gives you good result..consult to me for further suggestions….THANKS…

Hello. Take homoeopathic medicine:- hepar sulph 30 (3 drops twice a day) berberis aquifolium q (10 drops three times a day in half cup water) take above medicines for 10 days. Make a gap of half an hr between above medicines. Update me after 10 days for follow up. For more advice you can consult me. Good luck.

Dear to decrease ur weight you have to do work out daily...Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do Bhujang asana , Dhanurasana ,Naukasana, Kumbhakasana , Pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food..and Constipation.

If increasing, get it removed and get biopsy. If static, may watch its course. Removal will leave behind scar, but with laser removal, scar may be minimum.

Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front.

Hello, I have been suffering from back pain left side. MRI reports show l5 s1 disc and there is slight numbness in my toes of left foot. Doing exercises regularly as suggested by doctor but it is there. Also getting back pain again and again despite taking precautions. Firstly, your MRI needs to be clinically correlated property. L5-S1 disc compression can lead to pain down the legs, with pain or numbness in the toe. The severity of it depends upon the degree of disc lesion. Your low back curvature (lordosis) also plays a major role to prevent and treat your pain and Symptoms. Lower back pain? Degeneration of the spine? Lumbar disc problems? Joint pain? Body aches?

For all of the above, the one common solution is popping a calcium or D3 supplement. It’s true though, a deficiency of these vitamins can cause all of the above, but there are many ways of looking at this. You can be popping the best brand of supplements, but remember, it just does not work that way. For calcium to get absorbed into the bones, your D3 levels have to be adequate. If it’s not, your calcium supplement that is being wasted, so are the foods rich in calcium that you are consuming. Furthermore, Vitamin K is such an ignored vitamin, but you should know, Vitamin K is needed for the bones to absorb Calcium. Vitamin K is found in dairy products and green leafy veggies. 

So here’s how it works. For strong and healthy bones, joints and a super strong spine, you need sufficient calcium, D3 and Vitamin K for it to work effectively. I should add in B12 as B12 is necessary for healthy bone marrow, and for the body and spine to grow strong and healthy. For increasing your weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.
