Hello lybrate user, the equipment's may not be responsible for your inability of reducing weight. 70% contribution of weight loss is due your diet and food habits and rest 30 % with exercise and rest. So please concentrate and improve your diet. To drop 1 kg of body fat= burn/ reduce 7500 calories. What do you think is the better option? burning 200 calories/ day through exercise or cutting 500 calories/ day from diet burning 200 calories/ day than through exercise=1 to 1 1/2 hrs at the gym on the treadmill/ on the rowing machine or cutting 500 calories a day from their diet= just cutting off a couple of sodas, or burger and pizza with cream cheese. So - eat a low calorie well balanced diet. - reduce consumption of fast foods, junk foods, fried foods -eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables -improve your protein intake by including pulses, dals, eggs, lean poultry etc -drink at least 3 liters of water -have adequate sleep of 7 hrs daily -along with cardio exercise include weight training exercise at least for 2 days in a week and 1 day rest. Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that muscle gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism along with your daily diet and exercise routine. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Muscle gain is all about taking more nutrients than you use up. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. There is no one food that helps muscle gain. Eat meals at frequent intervals. You need to eat at least 6 meals a day. Eat a protein rich mid meal between each main meal. Pre/ post workout meals need a certain amount of carbs and proteins depending on your exercise routine. Avoid junk, sugary, oily foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits, dry fruits, vegetables, whole grain cereals, smoothies, masala milk, healthy oils in your diet. Restrict eating sugary, sweet foods. Try to have healthy deserts like kheer, chikki or lassi. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least 6 days a week. It helps development of muscle mass and improves appetite. If done right, in the right technique, you can work out. Do not jump into heavy weights without gradually with practice moving on to it. Even if you were to take just medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation. You need to have a nutrient dense meal and good exercise routine, it's crucial.

You need complete assessment and examination and accordingly you can be prescribed treatment. Acne may take 2 to 6 months treatment for better cure and for lesser recurrence. You should avoid oily spicy and junk foods. You may have to take oral medicine along with creams. Some patients also require laser treatment and chemical peel for early and better outcome. You should consult a dermatologist or plastic surgeon who is well versed in treatment of acne.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

Before you start with the protein supplement why not get a medical check up (as an annual preventive health care check up) with a doctor. Also do the basic tests like CBC, ESR, liver profile, blood sugar, TSH, urine routine etc. The doctor can explain wether you need any treatment or any suppliments.
