Hello, Thanks for your query on Lybrate "As" per your clinical history is concerned please follow like this - 1) Do a clinical examination by your Doctor[gastroenterologist) and do few investigations like (colonoscopy, anorectal manometry ,and colonic transit study] to confirm exact cause and treatment plan. 2) Increase your fiber intake. Adding fiber to your diet increases the weight of your stool and speeds its passage through your intestines. Slowly begin to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables each day. Choose whole-grain breads and cereals. 3) Do exercise most days of the week. Physical activity increases muscle activity in your intestines. Try to fit in exercise most days of the week. 4) Don't ignore the urge to have a bowel movement. Take your time in the bathroom, allowing yourself enough time to have a bowel movement without distractions and without feeling rushed. 5) You can take (OTC) stool softener like (CREMAFFIN PLUS) 15 ml at bedtime and drink 10 glasses of water every day. Hope that helps.

Hello, Thanks for your query on Lybrate "As"per your clinical history is concerned please follow like this - 1)Do exercise regularly. You need to get 150 to 300 minutes of moderate-intensity activity a week to prevent weight gain. Moderately intense physical activities include fast walking and swimming. 2)Follow a healthy eating plan. Focus on low-calorie, nutrient-dense foods, such as fruits, vegetables and whole grains. Avoid saturated fat and limit sweets and alcohol. Eat three regular meals a day with limited snacking. You can still enjoy small amounts of high-fat, high-calorie foods as an infrequent treat. Just be sure to choose foods that promote a healthy weight and good health most of the time. 3)Know and avoid the food traps that cause you to eat. Identify situations that trigger out-of-control eating. Try keeping a journal and write down what you eat, how much you eat, when you eat, how you're feeling and how hungry you are. After a while, you should see patterns emerge. You can plan ahead and develop strategies for handling these types of situations and stay in control of your eating behaviors. 4)Try to monitor your weight regularly.Monitoring your weight can tell you whether your efforts are working and can help you detect small weight gains before they become big problems. 5)Discuss with your treating Doctor about prescription medications like [ALLSLIM-120MG]after every heavy meals to reduce weight . Hope that helps
