yes it can be normal. but at the age of 15days, newborn babies usually have multiple stools daily with more than 6-8 urinations per 24 hr

It must be dpt along with hepatitis b vaccine, which cause distress to baby. Please give a paracetamol drop 10 mg/ kg one dose.
