It depends on nature of cough and weight of the baby. If weight of your baby is more than 8 kg and having wet cough and congested chest then it's safe for him.

Kindly provide him ors and medicines prescribed by your doctor which are the best. Kindly add zn 20 syrup 2.5 ml twice 3 day @ 10 days for better results.
