Hi Their is no spot reduction possible through diet or exercise, weight always goes from overall body. Definately it goes more from abdomen in case of boys. I would suggest you to follow our 2 months weight loss program wherein we can help you reduce 6-8 kgs surely if you ll follow the diet chart very seriously. It will be very easy, simple and balanced diet. And also ill ensure that I give you such food items to eat which gives more promising results on your belly. But still if you want I can suggest you some changes in diet which ll lead to weight loss and belly reduction:- 1) Please have 1 Table spoon Chia seeds soaked overnight in 1 small glass water empty stomach everyday. 2) Start having 1 spoon jeera boiled in 1 glass water fr 5 mins- Every morning empty stomach 15 minutes after having chia seeds. 3) Start Green tea with pinch of cinnamon powder post lunch and dinner. 4) Stroll 20 minutes both after lunch and dinner. Finally if you really want permanent results, do give us a chance to help you and you do not need to spend much, our packages are quite reasonable. Otherwise please try the above tips I have mentioned, they are also very effective. Thanks and Regards

Eat a high-fiber diet. Get insoluble and soluble fiber. Limit foods that are high in fat. Choose lean meats. Incorporate probiotics into your diet. Eat on schedule. Stay hydrated. Walk in between your job.

Hair Take lots of green leafy vegetables and sweet juicy fruits. Dairy products such as milk and fresh yogurt will also help. Fresh coconut is also considered excellent "hair food" -- sprinkle grated coconut over salads, diced fresh fruit, or rice. 1. Green Leafy Vegetables: Regular intake of Green leafy Vegetables - Spinach, Lettuce, Leafy Greens, Turnip Greens, Broccoli, Beans and Green Peppers are rich in nutrients that help and promote Hair growth. 2. Other Vegetables and Fruits: Two fresh fruits per day :- cut and eat with fruit skin, no juice. 3. Sprouts: Green gram dhal Sprout. There are so many sprouts like Mung Beans, Green gram dhal, Peas It is also very easy to prepare! Soak Green gram dhal in an air tight Box . Then in the afternoon strain the water and close the box, put the box in a dark place. In the Morning the sprouts will be ready for you to Eat. It will be very effective when taken with the morning meal. 4 Almonds/4 Walnuts on alternate day?s and 2Dates/2Figs on also alternate day?s and 2 prunes daily. 5. Good news for Fish lovers! Fish contains nutrients that will make hair shiny and strong while promoting hair growth. It contains Omega 3 fatty acids which help nourish hair very well. Those who don?t want to eat fish or are vegetarians can take Sea cod Tablets. It is extremely beneficial. 6. One glass of Milk per day if possible cow?s milk. 7. One spoon ghee per day. 8. Soya Bean: Proteins rich for hair growth is a must! If your a vegetarian and are on a hunt for that perfect source of proteins, then your search ends here. This is the best food for hair growth. Soya beans has 40% proteins and a great deal of good fats which are also much needed for hair growth. 9. 10 ? 12 glass of water per day 10. Cooking with certain spices adds flavor to your food and provides nourishment for your hair. Cumin, turmeric and black pepper are some "hair-friendly" spices. Add a healthy pinch of each to single-portion soups and stews as they are cooking. Saut� 1/8 -1/4 teaspoon each of the three spices in a teaspoon of ghee (clarified butter) or olive OIL and add to cooked veggies. Roasted ground cumin and ground black pepper can be sprinkled over fresh yogurt.

Whey protein is from milk. Like other animal proteins it's composition matches human proteins, so it is called first class protein. Protein is essential food, you can eat it. BUT excess cannot be stored in body. Excess beyond 50 gm protein daily means there will be extra work for liver to break it into urea and triglycerides. Liver will make extra cholesterol to ship these triglycerides into blood, and your kidney will work extra to throw out the extra urea from body. Please discuss your diet for more information, or discuss with an intelligent biochemistry graduate. Avoid discussing science with your friends who are general experts.

Hello according to your condition you have to take hot water fermentation through towel and do it 3 times in a day duration-15 min along with stretching and back exercises like straingh leg raising, bridging with -20 min repetition -5 sec hold do it for 3 days sure you will get well soon take care.

Use herbal medicine for permanent cure. Eat capsule normacid before food twice daily for 45 days and tablet kutaj ghanwati twice daily after food for 45 days. Do few blood test like CBC and urine examination. USG abdomen and pelvis.

These are the causes of greying of hair: • improper Diet (Malnutrition) • Due to other skin diseases (Dandruff, Leucoderma etc) • Stress • Due to medicines • Use of chemical products (hair gel, colours) • Due to pollution For prevention from greying of hairs follow these instructions: • Do not take stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. You can eat cheese or soya protein. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. You can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and prevent hair from greying. • Avoid the use of products such as hair colours or excessive shampoo. •In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. You can also use olive oil instead of coconut oil. Apply it on your scalp and leave it for 20 minutes, then rinse with a mild shampoo.
