Dear, the things we watch & thoughts we think are stored in our brain. In dream, that things are shown by our brain. So avoid dreams problem try to make your mind relax. Avoid to watch violent, horrible movies and tv shows also avoid to read horror stories. Do long breathing pranayams daily for 5 to 10 minutes. Do morning or evening walk daily for 10 minutes. Drink plenty of water and eat healthy food.

Dear, you must be able to understand concentration, attention span, recollection and distraction. If you are able to watch a movie for two hours continuously, if you are able to play a game for an hour, then you do not have any concentration problems. You can't be attentive towards your studies because you are not interested in it. You are able to watch movie and play game because you are interested in it. Human cannot be attentive towards anything for more than 10 minutes. Then you should study in such a way that your attention is continued and make the subjects are interesting to you. Effective learning techniques should help you. Recollection depends on anxiety, stress and other physical and circumstantial factors. Distractions while studying are plentiful. You should be able to overcome distractions or avoid distractions. Please understand the above. Change your study style and attitude accordingly. For further assistance you can concern me privately Take care.

5 Silent Signs Of A Psychiatric Disorder

5 Silent Signs Of A Psychiatric Disorder

Psychiatric disorders like bipolar disorder or schizophrenia do not appear all of a sudden. There are small changes that happen to an individual over a long period of time until the disease fully develops. These signs and symptoms might be too subtle in the early stage for other people to notice until they become obvious. But an early detection of any irregularity proves to be more beneficial for the patient in the long run.

It is important to know the telltale symptoms of mental disorder to distinguish between what is regular and what is not.

  1. Withdrawal: Everyone needs some quiet time to cool off and relax but if a person continuously withdraws him/herself from social occasions and avoids meeting or speaking to friends, it could be a sign that something is wrong. Losing interest in life, work and people are symptoms of depression and psychotic disorder.
  2. Thinking problems: Having trouble concentrating, remembering, understanding and explaining oneself in a coherent manner are some common signs of mental disorder.
  3. Anxiety: Excessive stress and anxious behavior for a prolonged period are not normal. Frequent heart palpitations, headache, shortness of breath, racing mind and restlessness are cries of help that need to be heard.
  4. Emotional outbursts: Sudden dramatic outbursts for no apparent reason, frequent mood swings and feeling distressed are potent signs of mental illnesses. These kinds of behavior are seen as part of a person's nature and so they are often unnoticed.
  5. Changes in appetite and sleeping patterns: Oversleeping may be a sign of depression and insomnia could be a sign of anxiety. Changes in appetite and not caring about oneself or the world are indicators of a mental problem.

Understanding Autism.

Autism is a complex neurodevelopmental disorder that affects 1-2 people out of every 1,000 people worldwide. It is a wide spectrum disorder, so no two people with autism will have the exact same symptoms. There are those who function easily, those who are impaired and struggle to live normally and then there are others in between. Difficulties in communicating, social impairment and repetitive patterns of behaviour are some of the major symptoms that characterise autism and the related autism spectrum disorders (ASD).

Read the following articles to gain a better understanding of this condition:

Diagnosing Autism

In order to create awareness and combat this problem, early diagnosis and social acceptance is necessary. Here's a brief on what we can do to recognise autism.

Decoding the Symptoms of Autism

Although there is no scientific cure for autism, its symptoms can be worked upon with the help of a communication or behavioural therapist.

Treatments for Autism

In this article, we chalk out the main treatments and therapies for curing autism in children and adolescents.

In conclusion, it’s important to treat these conditions not as disorders but to accept them as differences. Accept them in the same way we accept people of all races. These conditions are not caused by any disease or injury but because of genetics andenvironmental factors. Science suggests that neurological diversity has helped humans throughout their evolution to survive in the environment. It’s possible that those affected might just come up with solutions for problems that might escape those with normal brain wiring. Not because they’re necessarily smarter, or better, but because they think differently.  So it’s necessary to accept, respect and accommodate those with such conditions.  To care, not repair is the outlook we should have for the betterment of mankind.

Dear user. I can understand. You are YOU. Whatever your behavior today, whatever your body language today are learned from your past experiences and social interactions. Whatever you have learned can be unlearned or over written. This is a continuous process happening throughout your life. I suggest cognitive behavior therapy for you. Take care.

It is false case. Even though police but it is decided by the court. So it is better to meet good reputed lawyer. He will fight on behalf of you. It takes time. First take bail order from the court. Later slowly produce your evidence in the court of law. But difficulties it is common. Court case and police case everything creates unnecessary tension and worriedness. So much pressure from out side and inside it is common. In this stage patience and courage is important. Matured person like you should go to depressive thoughts. Meet professional lawyers and police ask the clarification about the case. In that you will get some relief escaping from the problem involving other activities it will not give any rest to your mind. We try our level to save him to come out of the problem. We fight our rights and justification of law. God will decided the final result. Go to temples pray god. Spend most of the with your family members and friends. Share your feelings with who close to you. Do not depress. Be happy all the time. Best of the luck.

There is a lot of burden on me pain due to not running I feel a lot of stress on my mind how can I get rid of my stre...
Before you decide to start medicine I would suggest you to try following thing for stress management. In our current life style most of us are not equipped to deal with our mental and emotional processes. Due to constant out side pressure and expectations we doubt and question our abilities. Also in a age of super fast life we lean towards instant results, which at times are not possible. This again increase our stress level. The best way to deal with this is to build our resilience and learn to manage our strees level. Once you are able to manage your stress, your self confideance and your self esteem both will increase and you will be able to make better decisions and accomplish lot in life. Try following on a regular basis and in 2 to 4 weeks you will see some positive changes in your life. Stress is a by product of our modern life style. Due to chronic stress you have a negative chain of thought repeating in your mind. The wonderful new is that our mind could be wired to switch back to positive things and resilience building. When things does not happen as we wish or people do not behave as we expect that is when out of disappointment, frustration, loneliness, anger, sadness. Etc we react and our mind starts thinking negative thoughts. Changing this pattern of responding to stressful situation requires both persistence and patience. Also you will only be able to work on this out of love and kindness towards you. Strong motivation will go a long way. Writing a statement about how would you want to respond in a similar situation and how will your life and your happiness will change if you do learn to manage your stress and how to respond to it. Once that is clear. Try following things to learn relaxation response which leads to better coping mechanism on a daily basis. To begin with doing guided progressive muscular relaxation before sleeping will help you relax. You could google and download an audio file. I would also suggest you to take a multiple small break to take 3 nice and deep breath while keeping your eyes closed. You could do this while sitting or standing or while even walking or climbing stairs (keep your eyes open in that case). When you take a nice and deep break there is actual physiological change in your body. This will help you to activate parasympathetic nervous system which promotes relaxation and helps you calm down and think more clearly. This will also actually improve your performance in your work. Along with this exercise is one of the best way to relive stress and stay fit. Engage in any kind of physical activity at least 4 times a week. This also helps in stress reduction. Along with this some relaxation exercises as well as engaging in joyful activities such as music, singing, dancing, reading, being in nature, gardening, talking with friends or anything which you enjoy will help reducing stress and rejuvenation of your mind and body. Have good routine for sleep and eating. Lot of research has now proven that sugar is very harmful for our health. Reduce sugar and refined white floor in your diet as much as you could. Along with this also increase consumption of raw vegetables in the form of salad in both the meals of your day. Hope this helps, wishing you very best,
