Sir next month there is my medical examination for central armed police force for sub inspector in this examination there is urine test and blood test. My case is I am taking lovax600 mg (mood unnstability), nexito 10 mg (antidepressants) is there any problem regarding this examination due to these medicines. For good sleep, just try out these simple ways - 1. Stick to a sleep schedule- Go to bed and get up at the same time every day. Try to limit the difference in your sleep schedule on weeknights and weekends to no more than one hour. Being consistent reinforces your body's sleep-wake cycle. If you don't fall asleep within about 20 minutes, leave your bedroom and do something relaxing. Read or listen to soothing music. Go back to bed when you're tired. Repeat as needed. 2. Pay attention to what you eat and drink - Don't go to bed hungry or stuffed. In particular, avoid heavy or large meals within a couple of hours of bedtime. Your discomfort might keep you up. Nicotine, caffeine and alcohol deserve caution, too. 3. Create a restful environment - Avoid prolonged use of light-emitting screens just before bedtime. Consider using room-darkening shades, earplugs, a fan or other devices to create an environment that suits your needs. Doing calming activities before bedtime, such as taking a bath or using relaxation techniques, might promote better sleep. 4. Limit daytime naps - Long daytime naps can interfere with nighttime sleep. If you choose to nap, limit yourself to up to 30 minutes and avoid doing so late in the day. 5. Include physical activity in your daily routine - Regular physical activity can promote better sleep 6. Manage worries - Try to resolve your worries or concerns before bedtime. 6 Types of Anti-Aging Treatments and Their Benefits!

The ketaconazole shampoo may help. It is an antifungal shampoo and clears the infection, and sometimes dandruff. If the cause is something else then you may need to treat that.

Hello, It seems that you are having gingivitis and localized periodontics. You have to go through a complete scaling and root planning i.E, cleaning of your teeth. The brown layer which you see is calculus. After it use proper brushing technique after meals and some good mouth wash and get your teeth cleaned regularly in 6-12 months gap. Regards! Use warm water for drinking, take healthy food, fresh fruits, dry fruits, take proper rest, sound sleep, do yoga, pranayam, avoid chilled water, cold drink, foods kept in friedge, oily,spicy, outside food, water, avoid late night works take tablet paracetamol 3 times a day for controlling of fever. There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result take following remedies 1. Triphala kadha 4 tsp before lunch and dinner 2. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach.

Maybe your natural structure is slim. But you can try. Ashvagandha kshirpak with sunthi churna and cow ghee twice a day. Use more pulses like udad. Do pranayam and suryanamaskar twice a day. Don't take junk food, oily, spicy food.
