I have deck job and my weight gone from 10 kg to 12 kg so I want to lose my weight . Please give good remedies.
1. Have small frequent meals at regular interval of 3 hrs instead of 3-4 large meals 2. Eat slowly chewing your food well 3. Avoid skipping meals 4. Have regular sound sleep 5. Avoid junk/ processed/fried/sugary/ canned/ ready to eat/ outside foods, soft, hard & energy drinks, chocolate, ice cream, sweets 6. Replace simple carbs- potato, sugar, sabudana, maida, white rice, white bread with complex carbs- whole fruits, vegetables, whole legumes (sprouts, peas, soyabean), whole grains ( atta, millets, oats, brown rice, atta bread, barley) 7.. Exercise daily for min 1/2 hr. 8. Take stairs instead of lift, walk instead of hiring transport, do household chores/gardening/ active sports-badminton/tennis, join swimming/zumba dance/aerobic/karate classes, avoid sitting continuously for an hr.

Dear sir/mem, My bhabhi says me that Do not bath and drink water after 1 hour of exercise. This causes joints pain. I do fast exercises, surya namskar, and some gym type exercises daily and get bath by swat. And then go for drink water, bath after 2-5 minutes. And after bath, I take my food. So suggest me, about timings of break for drink, food and bath.

You can drink water after you exercise. After exercises, wait for your body to cool down for at least half an hour and then bathe. After bathing you can have your breakfast.

Yes, it is true.But you can make some efforts to make a little good for yourself. Make a mixture of Argan oil, Jojoba oil, sesame oil and olive oil and massage your beard and moustache daily to grow and maintain black and smooth hair.

Hello I hope this message finds you in good health. To prevent hair fall, you can follow some simple steps as listed below: 1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home). 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yougurt and lemon. 3. 10 reasons to give mushroom coffee a try

1. Mushroom coffee is less acidic
Most coffee contains natural acids, which may cause heartburn and stomach upset. For those who suffer but don’t want to give up drinking their morning cup of java, switching to a low-acid coffee like mushroom coffee is a great alternative.
