Hello, This is menarche for you. THE PERIOD related pain is common and can be controlled with antispasmodics like TAB EVASPAS twice a day for 3-5 days. Also use sanitary napkins throughout the day for bleeding and keep changing after 4 hrs depending on the flow. Drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated.

Tell me your BP reading Measure your temperature and tell me reading Avoid exertion Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food (If No Drug Allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapati etc Get CBC checked and review with reports consult privately

Hello doctor, I am 25 yrs old, single. My weight is 80 and my height is 158 cms. From 5 yrs I have thyroid and have been using medicines i. E thyronorm 50mg. My tsh is normal and from 4 yrs my weight is same, whatever I do am not able to reduce my weight. I do proper diet and exercise with cosultation of dietician. What is the problem and how should I reduce my weight?

You need to loose weight. To do that one has to persist with a drastic reduction in the intake of carbohydrates, (specially refined sugars) and fats, increase intake of proteins and increase the expenditure of energy by regular exercise. Starving ones self does not work for any length of time and three meals at regular times, eaten slowly is the best method. Avoid snacking between meals, have a good breakfast, moderate lunch and a light dinner. The foods to avoid are sugars, or anything that contains sugar and fat such as bakery products, ice creams, desserts, fried foods (like pranthe, pakore, puris) pizza and potatoes. Rice can be replaced with two chapattis made of multi grain atta. To fill your stomach one should take lots of fruits (papaya, apples, guava) and green vegetables (cucumber, ghia, laoki, teenda, and tori) and sprouted dal. Milk should be double toned. The protein intake should be increased by taking egg white, cooking should be in small amounts of olive / sunflower oil. Vegetarians can use soya bean dal, nutri nuggets and cottage cheese made from double tone milk. The best exercise is jogging or brisk walking for at least 45 minutes, five days a week.

To reduce weight you have to follow balanced diet and regular exercise.But it is not a single day process.Drink lukewarm water with lemon juice on an empty stomach in the morning and do exercise like yoga,swimming,skipping,push ups,sit ups,squat.Eat small amount of food frequently.Eat 5-6 times instead of 3 big meals.Avoid sugar,sweetened juice,fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.Take lots of whole fruits,watery vegetables.Take unrefined foods small amount.Eat more protein for weight loss.Add healthy fat in cooking.Use lukewarm water after meals.Drink lots of water specially before meals.Take quality sleep.

Hello doctor, I visited the doctor ,he advice you suffer melasma and advice me to take capsule for gluvcell for 500 mg and take carelite lotion /cream and melano-tx and also suggested chemical peels for 500 per sitting .he reduce 40 % but you take pigmentation treatment to reduce 70%is per sitting is 1200 and if you take cosmetic surgery to reduce all the black rashes on the face. Please what I do. Am not full sure to take this doctor treatment. Is just formality not treated well.

Although you have sexual intercourse in your unsafe period, chances of pregnancy are high but as symptoms of pregnancy are not there, please immediately go for pregnancy test.

A good nutrition and exercises which increase the blood circulation (flow) on and near the areas of pores will definately help you to remove the pores and marks on face. There are methods and instructions which give relief you from pores & marks. * Eat healthy diet daily. * Eat 20 gm of soyabean cereal daily it contains protein which help in regeneration ( making of new skin ) of skin on the holes. * Eat an apple daily . It has vitamins that provide sufficient nutrition to the skin. you can drink a glass of carrot juice daily . * Drink 1/2 lime juice daily . Hello- over masturbation decreases the inner immunity and vitality so you are facing dark circles around your eyes. Start ayurvedic rasayana treatment. Increase the dairy products in your meals. Apply malai+turmeric powder below your eyes.

Hi apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Main 25 years ki hoon aur mujhe saans lene mein problem hoti hai. Mujhe baar Baar mouth se jor se saans khichna padta hai. Fir bhi pura saans nahi le paati hoon . Baar Baar is tarah jabar dasti saans lene k karan chest, stomach, and back mein bhi pain ho jaata hai . Saans puri achhi tarah se nahi le paane k karan bahut bechaini hoti hai aur ghutan lagta hai.

dear varun to confirm causes of it you should be tests cbc,typhi-dot,mp ,urine r/m,lft,kft,thyroid profile, after these you can take proper treatment. drink warm water, juice,green veg. Soups,lquid diets, dalia, take protein diets, tulsi leaf in tea or warm water, geloy juice, avoid cold area,cold things .i.e. ice creams, fast/junk foods, chinese foods,spicy foods, fat meal, take bed rest , feel cold then cover body with warm cloths, avoid dust area, clean body, change cloths daily, change bed sheet daily, avoid stress.avoid non-veg.,avoid alcohol intake if smokes avoid also that. Cold sponging if get high fever.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food. And constipation.

Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals.When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. 14: Take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body! Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!
