No. There is hardly any chance of pregnancy if you had normal regular periods for 3 months. Even then just to remove your doubts. Do a urine pregnancy test yourself using preganews. Wait for sponraneous periods for another 7 days. If still there is no period then visit a gynaec for hormonal analysis.

Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like mental worries, nutritional deficiency, hereditary and anaemia. *Make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *Eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *Avoid stress and anger. *Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. *Take a sound sleep. Take homoeopathic medicine Lycopodium 30 (4 drops in little water) twice a day for 15 days and update with the feedback. Use Arnica hair oil and Arnica shampoo.

You should focus on a healthy lifestyle and balance both the mind and the body. Try to understand your nature and personality. Ultimately you become what you chose to do. Share your thoughts with a close friend so that you do not feel lonely and feel empowered. Try to bring in harmony by doing Yoga and pranayama. Start exercising every day ( walking or jogging or any sport ) as it can also boost your mood and self-esteem. Regarding hair fall, you should eat a wholesome food and avoid all junk food. Hye, Thanks for the query. If you want to gain some weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. 1. Eat 5 to 6 meals a day In order to gain weight, you need to start eating 5-6 meals a day. However, it is important that you break these meals into parts, as eating a lot at once may result in indigestion. Also, be sure to include healthy foods in your diet for a healthy weight gain. 2. Weight train at least 3 times a week When you train with weights, your muscles grow. 3. Consume more calories than you burn. Eating calories more than your normal intake may not be easy, but you must do it if you want to stop being skinny. Make sure you don’t do it just by overeating at once, but instead do it gradually over the whole day. 4. Work out your entire body A lot of gym goers usually train only the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Make sure you workout your entire body for a wholesome weight gain. 5. Load up on protein As informed earlier, you have to consume more calories than your normal intake every day. You can do this by eating foods rich in protein like dairy, meat, eggs, nuts, dry fruits, pulses, sprouts, smoothies, milk shakes etc. 6. Drink your calories It may be tough to meet your calorie requirements by just eating. Drinking milk, lassi, milkshakes or fruit smoothies with little or no sugar can be a great way to load up on the required calories. 7. Try and eat fast (but don’t choke on it) Your body takes some time to give signals of satiety which is why eating fast can help you eat more. 8. Focus on recovery after each workout Stretching exercises, foods rich in carbohydrates can help recover your body significantly. Also, you should aim for 8 hours of sleep as inadequate sleep can cause several problems. 9. Be patient with yourself Hoping to gain weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Even if you follow all the advice that is there, you may end up gaining just 1-2 kilos in a month. Every body is different, and just because you are not seeing results in terms of weight gain, you shouldn’t feel discouraged. Living healthy by eating the right diet will make you feel better and more positive about life and increase your strength. 10. Believe in yourself.

Hi, I am facing small vaccines pimple with redness around my nose. I have consulted one dermatology. He said you have rosacea and gave me erythego gel. My skin is not much oily or much dry. This cream lighten my redness but when I don't apply it at that day it again appear red. And small vaccines pimple is popped up in that area. I am too much upset with this situation. I tried many soaps and right now using patanjali multani matti soap and that erythego gel. Should I continue to use that or if any advice then it is mostly appreciated. Please help me. Hello lybrate-user. Ist main thing for belly fat its exercise. Without exercise its not possible easily. If you do not have time for exercise then whenever you feel you free then walk. Do not keep your phone near with u.always walk for any your work. Drink warm water with lemon and honey early in the morning. Maximum intake of water and green tea. Do not rest after taking any meal.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. Tips for glowing skin: 1. Apply apricot and avocado oil mixed with glycerin can be massaged on the face followed by warm toweling for an instant glow. 2. Mix almond oil with vitamin e cream and apply at bedtime on face and hands. This leaves the skin soft and supple.
