Psoriasis can effect the spine .it is called axial arthritis. 50% of patients with psoriatic arthritis can develop this spine problem (axial arthritis).

Fracture will unite in 6 weeks. Post op rehabilitation depends upon the fixation. After checking the post op x-ray I can comment about post op rehabilitation.

Calcium tablets are good for osteoporosis not for arthritis. For knee arthritis get an xray knee ap and lat view. Treatment will depend upon the stage of arthritis.
