No comments about caster oil. But no question about best hair oil becoz hair oil are applied on dead part of hair and scalp to moist them only, not to nourish them so practically all vegetable oil are equal. I think no link to eye as well.

There is too much stress getting transferred to your knees because of your body weight. Reduce your body weight. Do brisk walking atleast 1 hour a day. If you recently added weight, get a physician opinion and tests to rule out hormonal problems.

Bath with decoction of neem leaves. Take 100 leaves of neem and boil it with 2-3 litter water after complete boil for 5-10 minute filter it and add with a bucket of water, use this water for bath, do not use any soap, after bathing must dry the skin, at bed time you can apply chalmogra oil whole body but carefully. Use this and give your feedback.

there is in ayurveda mention pinda swed ..it is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner .. 1.boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2.apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night .. by doing above thing you will get good result

Hi. Dark circles can be temporary (means happens after any recent or chronic diseases or underlying medical condition, insufficient sleep, nutritional deificiency, working long hrs. on computer, lack of rest, stress/ tension, etc.) which can be improved by fixing the underlying cause or the problem or can be inherited from your parent's genes which can't be treated or cured! Management: Eat healthy and on time. Avoid junk. Drink plenty of water (as dehydration can cause dull or patchy skin). Sleep well. Wear anti-glare spectacles while working on computer. Reduce your stress/ tension through yoga, meditation or any other excercises (it not only improves your blood circulation, but also reduces the production of stress hormones by the body as well as increases happy hormones in the body). Use sunglasses regularly and not to forget to apply a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare Sunscreen liberally, 20-30 minutes before stepping out in the sun and apply the same again after 3-4 hours if you have exposure to sunlight for long hours. Take homoeopathic medicines - Cina 1M/ one dose daily at night for 10 days. Schwabe's Alfalafa Tonic/ 1 tsp thrice a day daily for 20 days and revert me back about the condition. Apply Bakson's Under Eye Cream twice daily (in morning and at night) and Medicynth's Whitch Hazel cream and Bakson's Under Eye cream twice - in morning and at night daily.

If your baby is active, healthy and playful then there is nothing to be worried about. But further to make your baby's diet more wholesome as she is now 10 months you can add 1. Mashed banana 2. Soaked and crushed cereals 3. Top milk (preferably cow's milk) 4. Mashed boiled eggs 5. In addition to as much breast milk she intakes feed her as many times she wishes. Frequent meals without a long gap in between help children grow best.

Incorrect eating habits might not only affect your body functioning, but could also have other undesired effects on you. This is why it is important to eat correctly, while keeping track of your daily activities. Listed below are some simple and effective tips to gain weight. Put together a schedule Like most other things, it is essential to put together a detailed and achievable schedule that will help you gain the numbers you want. You should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise. Take lukewarm water with half lemon in the morning. I advice you include high fibre, low calorie, normal protein, vitamin and mineral, take sprouts and fruits. Take salad before meals. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.

Unlike what you see in porn, the average time for men during intercourse is 5-10 minutes, while the whole act from seduction to the end of actual intercourse may last around 30 minutes. Here are 11 things you should beware off, as they can kill your sex drive

If you clock anywhere below 3 minutes, you perhaps need help. You could try some of the things listed below:

1. Eat more veggies and fruits: Yes, studies have actually shown that men who are mostly vegetarian last much longer in bed than non-vegetarians. They have more stamina due to the nutrients they get from these fruits and veggies, especially potassium.

5. Work on your arms and abdominal muscles: Most of the sexual positions require the man to be on his hands and feet. This means his core has to be very strong in order to last longer. So, working on biceps, triceps and abs at the gym or body-weight exercises at home can help. Exercise also improves blood flow in general including to the penis and this could also help. 6. Try Kegels or pelvic floor exercises: These exercises are mostly used for gaining better bladder control, but also help in maintaining erections for longer. 7. Try biofeedback or ‘edging’: When you are almost there (during intercourse or masturbation), stop all sexual activity. Distract yourself for a bit. This way you can gain better control and extend sex time.

8. Try the squeeze technique: When you are almost about to orgasm, squeeze just below the head of the penis. This pushes the blood back from the penis giving you more time.

9. Focus more on foreplay and your woman: Sometimes, trying to get her to orgasm first with either your fingers or your mouth could help relieve your stress and help maintain your erection longer.

10. Get enough sleep: According to a research conducted by researchers from University of Chicago, men who got less than five hours of sleep at night had lower levels of testosterone. It is important that you get 7-8 hours of sleep to boost your sexual performance.

11. Try yoga: Certain yoga asanas like the cobra pose (bhujangasana), paschimotasana can increase blood flow to the genital area and increase the time you last in bed.

Never go for spine surgery in haste. Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

From what you have described, it is likely your father is suffering from a condition called REM behaviour disorder, a sleep disorder in which a person enacts out their dreams. Since it may be associated with underlying neurological conditions, he needs to be examined in detail by a neurologist and evaluated. He may require a sleep study also.

Some patients may opt to manage their stricture disease with periodic urethral dilations. The goal is to stretch the scar without producing additional scarring. It may be curative in patients with isolated epithelial strictures (no involvement of corpus spongiosum). Internal urethrotomy Internal urethrotomy involves incising the stricture transurethrally using endoscopic equipment. The incision allows for release of scar tissue. Success depends on the epithelialization process finishing before wound contraction significantly reduces the urethral lumen caliber. The incision is made under direct vision at the 12 o'clock position, either with a “cold” knife or urethrotome or a “hot” knife that uses electrocautery to cut through the scar tissue. Care must be taken not to injure the corpora cavernosa because this could lead to erectile dysfunction. Complications include recurrence of stricture, which is the most common complication, bleeding, or extravasation of irrigation fluid into perispongial tissues, thus increasing the fibrotic response. The curative success rate is reported as 20%-35%, with no increase in the success rate with a second internal urethrotomy procedure. Typically, an indwelling urethral catheter is left in place for 3-5 days to oppose wound contraction forces and allow epithelialization. Longer periods of catheterizations have not been shown to reduce failure rates. Self-catheterization after internal urethrotomy has been used to improve cure rates by maintaining patency of the urethral lumen. However, strictures typically return once the patient stops.[8] Permanent urethral stents Permanent urethral stents are placed endoscopically. Stents are designed to be incorporated into the wall of the urethra and provide a patent lumen. They are most successful in short-length strictures in the bulbous urethra. Complications occur when a stent is placed distal to the bulbous urethra, causing pain while sitting or during intercourse. Other complications involve migration of the stent. This procedure is contraindicated in patients with dense strictures and in patients with prior substitution urethral reconstruction because it elicits a hypertrophic reaction. It may be best reserved for patients who are medically unfit to undergo lengthy open urethral reconstruction procedures
