Burning and pain in the foot may be due to vitamin B 12 deficiency or due to Diabetes, however as you are only 23 now I don't think you are diabetic. So, please have Vitamin B 12 shots weekly once for 4-5 weeks I think you can get rid of it.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your daily food intake should ideally consist of nuts, dry fruits, seeds, almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. 5. Supplementation. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. 6. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

It will take some effort for you to flatten your tummy. I am outlining a 21 day plan for you. If you follow this plan sincerely then you will see a noticeable difference in just 21 days. There are 5 things that you need to do: 1. Eliminate all refined sugars from your diet. This means no sugar in your tea/coffee/milk, no consumption of sugary beverages like coke, pepsi and total elimination of all snacks like biscuits, cakes, sweet dishes. I know it is difficult but remember that you just have to adhere to this for 21 days. If you wish to snack you can have unsalted peanuts, dry fruits, seeds or yogurt. 2. When you get up in the morning, put your pillow aside and lie with your back straight. Put both your legs together and lift them so your legs are at a 30 degree angle with the bed. Maintain this pose of 5 minutes. Keep breathing while your legs are in the air. 3. Eliminate dinner altogether. In place of dinner have a bowl of papaya. You can have a small bowl of yogurt with black salt if you are not able to control your urge. 4. Keep hydrated through out the day. You need to drink at least 10 glasses of water every day. Tea/coffee are not substitutes of water. Minimize consumption of milk. Add raw vegetables to each meal. 5. One 500mg tablet of calcium d-glucarate and one tablet of b-complex every day. If you miss even one of the steps mentioned above during your 21 day regime then you have to start all over again from day 1. Please bear in mind that it takes 21 consecutive days of performing all the above mentioned steps for the stomach muscles to start toning up.

Symptoms of migraine headache are Headache eye pain. (most commonly one-sided pain; less frequently both sides of the head are affected) pain located near the eye on affected side. pain that worsens with exertion or physical activity. Nausea/ Vomiting sensitivity to light and/or sound I am giving some health tips for Migraine headache •1.You can turn off light for some time •2.Apply hot or cold compresses to your head or neck. •Ice packs have a numbing effect, which may dull the sensation of pain. •Hot packs and heating pads can relax tense muscles. •3.Warm showers or baths may have a similar effect. •4.You can take Tea or coffee( but not excess) 5.Sleep well Here are some tips to encourage sound sleep. Establish regular sleep hours. •Minimize distractions. •Your eating habits can influence your migraines. •Be consistent. Eat at about the same time every day. Don't skip meals. White spots on can occur due to a number of reasons, of which conditions can be mild or severe. The condition can be mild or severe, and generally covers the majority of the skin on a particular area of the body. They may also cause irritation or itching. The occurrence of whites on the face can be extremely distressing. People affected with this problem should obtain medical advice to diagnose what is causing the condition and the suitable treatment. Causes of White Spots White spots on the face occur for various reasons. Understanding some of these reasons may be beneficial in treating the condition. Furthermore, understanding the cause can also help people avoid certain circumstances that increase the risk. 1. Tinea Versicolor This is a chronic fungal infection of the skin. Also known as pityriasisversicolor, this fungus causes discolored patches on the skin as it interferes with the normal pigmentation. The color of the patches may be darker or lighter than the surrounding skin and most often, affects the back and trunk of adolescent males. Exposure to sunlight, hot, humid weather, oily skin and excessive sweating may aggravate the condition. 2. Vitiligo This is a skin condition that results in the loss of melanocyte pigmentation of the skin. This results in white patches that feel as if it is part of the skin. The cause of vitiligo is unclear although it is believed to be an autoimmune disease. However, mild trauma to any area of the skin including the face can also result in the development of vitiligo. Vitiligo can affect the face, hands and feet, elbows and genital area. 3. Idiopathic Guttate Hypomelanosis White spots on the face may also be due to Idiopathic Guttate Hypomelanosis, a skin condition resulting in 2 to 5 mm flat, white spots commonly found on the shins and forearms. This skin condition mostly affects fair skinned people, although it may occur in dark skinned individuals too. The white spots may occur more commonly in people over the age of 40. 4. Pityriasis Alba This skin condition is common in children aged 6 to 12. It is a rash that appears on the face, neck and arms, and is not easily differentiated between normal skin. The rash may be covered with skin flakes resembling light dust. The cause of Pityriasis Alba is not known and is often considered as a form of eczema. This condition is often mistaken with vitiligo. However, while vitiligo has a distinct border, Pityriasis Alba does not. Treatments for White Spots on Face The medical treatment for white spots depends entirely on the root cause that underlies the condition. There are certain things that you can try to accelerate the process of treatment . Some of these mentioned treatments are professional while others are home remedies. Home Remedies .  For treating vitiligo, consumption of ginger juice is recommended as it promotes blood flow. neem seed oil applied to the affected area will also bring beneficial results.  Idiopathic Guttate Hypomelanosis may not require treatment as it is harmless. However, topical steroids and retinoids may help treat the condition.  Treatment for Pityriasis Alba may not be necessary although the application of a moisturizer or hydrocortisone creams may help the disappearance of these patches.  Washing the face with mild soaps and exfoliating the skin at least twice a week with a honey, rice, turmeric and sandalwood powder paste can treat Tinea Versicolor. So identify your problem of white spots with the help of your local doctor so that appropriate treatment is given or send me your picture depicting those white spot along with the complete hitory of your spots,so that I am clear in making a diagnosis.

*To control the oily secretion you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive oily secretion on face So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging. Do long breathing pranayams daily for 10 minutes. • Drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. Apply rose water on your face daily for 5 minutes. * * Take proper sleep of 6 to 7 hrs daily. • Use a face pack of fuller's earth (multani mitti) with rose water one time in a day for seven days. It removes toxins from skin. *You can apply cucumber juice or mixed with curd for 5 minutes and rinse with water.

Hello apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part and give hot water fomentation .take yograj guggul and agni tundi vati after lunch and dinner with warm water. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya vatari capsule and syrup twice a day. Avoid fermented food. Junk food.

I feel sleepy whole day. Here is my routine I ate dinner at 10.45 pm then after bath I go for sleep at terrace at around 12.00 - 1.00 am , then wake up at 7.30, my wife wake me up then we go to room and I here sleep at 8.00 and again wake-up at 8.45 am then I go to shop (shop is just a down stairs. Of my house) with drinking milk with some almonds. Then I return between 11.15-11.45 for breakfast then. I take lunch between 2.30 - 3.00 and then dinner at night. I think I get enough sleep then why whole day I feel sleepy and at night my legs start getting pain. I ask my 11 ys old nephew to stand on my legs. And whole day I get sleepy. Now I am writing this I am feeling sleepy. please help me please plz.

Although you r getting 7- 8 hrs sleep but it is not quality sleep. Improve your routine 1. Sleeping at 1 am is not good 2. I suggest take dinner by 9 pm and sleep by 11 pm 3. Get up at 6 am and do not again sleep. You can sleep in room rather than on terrace 4. Go for morning walk for 30 mts 5. Do deep breathing exercise for 10 mts 6. Do meditation for 10 mts 7. Take bath etc 8. Have breakfast by 8.15 am 9 go for work 10. Take lunch at 1.30 pm do it you wiill feel better, be in contact routine can be further improved till you feel perfect good luck.

You are gaining weight due to thyroid .so need to take medicine for that. Other than this way in small portion and in less calories. Like you should eat 1550 calorie / day. Walk 4 km every day and excersise 20 min daily .this routine for 4 months will defiantly help you. Don't take any shot cut.

Hi Ms. Lybrate-user according to me if you have pcod then getting pregnant is very rare, because it one of the commonest cause of infertilty. You can also get your infertilty checked with and ultrsonography also. You just need to get your ultrasound done on the second day of your menses, which will tell the antral count of you eggs. So, if the antral count is less than 6-7 then this means your have insufficient formation of eggs which is not letting you get pregnant. If the count is 9-10 or more than that taht means you are not infertile. And need treatment for pcod. So when pcod is cured you wil concieve. I personally have cured hundreds of pcod cases and helped them concieve. So try homeopathy for this. Take care.

You can not remov the scars but they will fade away with passage of time creams and lotions don't work on it.
