I got tonsil stones and could notice it's gradually increasing day by day, I fear whether this might lead to some serious problems in future and also I'm worried about bad breath caused due to this.

Dear user,you can start using certain home remedies for you tonsil stones. 1. Start with warm water and salt gargles 4-5 times daily. 2. Do not consume sour juices and eatables as they may aggravate the pain. 3. Start consuming 8-9 glasses of lukewarm water daily and stop drinking cold water completely. 4.Do not consume spicy and fried food.

Dear user, start taking vitamin b complex in combination with vitamin c tablets daily for quick relief.In addition do not consume spicy and hot food and start consuming atleast 9-11 glasses of water daily. You can use glycerine on ulcers for a temporary submission of pain.

Dekhiye apka daant toot jana chaiye tha pehle lekin kisi kaaranvarsh deri se toota hai. Apki umar nai hai daant tootne ki lekin toota hai kisi tarah. Iss umar mein naya daant nai aayega. Apko apna ek xray (OPG scan) krwa k dekh lena chaiye ki naya daant aane ki sambhawna hai ya nahi. Xray krwa kar aap mujhe uski photo bhej dena main apki madad kar paungi use dekh kar.

5 Easy Ways to Stop and Prevent Bad Breath

Bad breath is just an all-around unfortunate thing. It can make social situations uncomfortable, and it's not pleasant to experience even if you're all alone. There are quite a few quick-fixes out there and if you already religiously floss and brush, it can be quite frustrating trying to deal with it.

 

Worry no more, here are 5 easy ways to help cure the problem of bad breath at the systemic level:

 

1. Drink more water

 

Many people drink far too little water throughout the day to ward off the bacteria in the mouth that are most responsible for causing bad breath. Tiny microbes in the mouth actually feed on loose food particles throughout the day, releasing odor-causing byproducts that end up stinking up breath. And all-natural saliva, it turns out, is your body's built-in remedy for eliminating these bacteria.

 

In order for your body to produce enough bacteria-fighting saliva, you must be drinking plenty of clean, fluoride-free water throughout the day.

 

2.Include more raw foods in your diet

 

Eat more carrots, celery, and apples. Crunchy fruits and vegetables, preferably organic, that are rich in fiber are also beneficial in the fight against bad breath.

 

Eating more carrots, celery, and apples, for instance, can help scrape out the plaque buildups that are responsible for causing more mild or infrequent forms of bad breath, as well as add an extra dose of immune-boosting nutrients to your diet. These foods also help trigger an increased production of bacteria-fighting saliva inside the mouth.

 

3.Salt water gargle

 

You willalso find a salt water gargle to be useful as this combination helps eliminate bacteria from your throat and tonsils.

 

4. Eat yogurt

 

Yogurt contains probiotics like acidophilus, which are very beneficial for removing bad breath. Yogurt, rich in good bacteria cures bad breath in few seconds, but make sure you consume it every day. It also stops the growth of odor causing bacteria.

 

5. Focus on oral hygiene

 

Maintaining your oral hygiene is the starting point to get rid of bad breath. Brush twice a day with toothpaste that doesn't make the mouth dry. Floss is also very helpful in keeping bad breath away so floss your teeth after every meal.

 

Gargling with mouthwash can temporarily solve the problem but it is not effective for longer periods. It is better that you target the root of the problem. Also visit your dentist after every six months.

Dear user, you should not eat any food which leads to more heat production in your body like dates,dry fruits etc till you get rid of ulcers. You should only take soft foods and cool them before eating.Consume more of water daily.Take vitamin b complex tablet daily and do not consume fried and spicy food.

Dear user, you can take warm water and add a pinch of salt to it and do rinses of this water 4-5 times in a day. This will relax the muscles and suppresa the pain temporarily.
