Like too infrequent sex, over excirment, mostly controlled my mind, Common solutions are , divert mind while enjoying sex, don’t get much involved, and slow down all activities , take a break, and start stop and start. Hair is made up mostly of protein so a protein rich diet is necessary. But not if your main source of protein is a large steak. In fact, eating large quantities of meat as americans do can be counterproductive. A steak will increase testosterone levels, and this has been linked to hair loss. Eggs are an excellent source of protein (see link below on how to boil the perfect egg). Also add nuts, seeds, beans and fish. Other good choices are organic soy foods, and hemp foods. I can add too that the korean diet has little or no meat on a daily basis.

During periods I will irritated and very uneasy why is it so happening and I faced this first time.

Dear user. Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) affects a high percentage of women of childbearing age, with many women feeling mood changes in the days before menstruation. And while menstrual symptoms like irritability, anger, and mood swings are a monthly bother for most women, severe PMS can be emotionally debilitating for some. For weight gain you must take high calloric food. Take a early morning breakfast. The breakfast should consist a big glass of milk. To increase the caloric value of milk add 2 tablespoon sugar+2 tablespoon Bournvita. Along with milk in breakfast take a bread with with plenty of butter, two Bananas and two fried eggs. All this breakfast will cause slight heaviness and belching in the first few days but if continuied with a little will power, it will do a lot of good in future Eat fruits and vegetables Garbanzo Beans. Eggs. Spinach. Dark Meat Chicken. Bananas. Walnuts. Watermelon There are many usefull medicine in Ayurveda for you. You may consult me privately without hesitation on Lybrate.

Hye, thanks for the query. The body is a survival mechanism. Whatever isolated so called diets you follow will show some loss on the scale but will be back or will stop loss after a period of time. The body needs continuous monitoring and planning when it comes to losing lot of weight. You have to understand that weight loss is about eating sensibly, about earing right. Your weight is a balance of calories. Fad diets may promise you that counting carbs or eating a mountain of fruits will make the fats drop. But when it comes to weight loss, it's sensible eating that counts. Weight loss comes down to burning more calories than you take in. You can do that by reducing extra calories from food and beverages, and increasing calories burned through physical activity. Understand that weight /fat loss involves sensible eating, so if you have lost weight on scale by crashing your intake or restricted intake or skimping on a particular food group or over exercising, then be assured that you have not lost fats but muscle mass and water. This, once if you get back to your old routine, is going to show up as a gain, which is infact much more than what you lost. These methods and fads also cause rapid loss due to loss of muscle mass, leading to a very lowered metabolism, which will cause reduced fat loss and further fat deposition. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. All the so called fad, crash, restricted diets, singular food remedies like doodhi juice or green tea will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. If this is the way by which you lost weight, you can't maintain it for sure. So, if your weight loss is by any of the above methods, you are bound to gain all the weight you lost. So, don't forget the bottom line: The key to successful weight loss is a commitment to making indefinite changes in your diet and exercise habits which you can sustain and maintain for life. Here, you can be assured that your unwanted lost weight won't come back if you maintain right diet and workout. Do take a personalised diet consultation in order to break plateau and see healthy loss.

Hi controlling the diet and walks is the best way to stay off the medicines. Include fibre rich foods, complex carbohydrates, more vegetables and protein rich foods. Walking daily will help the body utilise insulin in a better way thanks.

Wash your face frequently. Take berberis aquafolium q/bd 20 drop +1/2 cup water. Lappa articum q/bd 20. Drop +1/2cup water. Daily for 1month.
