Do the cat/cow avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretchingstretch.

Use mahanarayan oil and myostaal oil alternatively for massage. Then do hot fomentation after massage. Take rumalaya ds 1 tds. Any kosht shuddhi chooran at night every other day. For specific guidance, seek pvt conversation.

Avoid long sitting, toward bending, lifting heavyweight, heat fermentation twice a day. Do stretching exercise if it work then ok otherwise tk physiotherapy treatment.

Hi I can understand your problem. For pain and swelling apply cold pack for 20 min. Thrice a day for 5 days. There are various reasons for shoulder pain and there are different non surgical treatment options for same in physiotherapy. Physical therapy in the form of moving the Toes and foot, 2. Heat Therapy in the form of Doing the above exercises in under water with Luke 1/2 bucket Warm water 3.Using Footwear with Micro cellular material both inside and out side of house 4. Minimal medication will give 95% relief and only about 5% need local Cortisone Injections into the specifically identified location at Heel. Pl. Dear, surgery in spine disorders is not a full proof guarantee that all will be well once surgery is done. As we all have multiple discs, so the key is to get surgery if pain is severe, and there are neurological weakness, but once you are off from surgery change lifestyle if you want no more problems.

Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Report after 5 days.

Dear back pain needs evaluation with both clinical and imaging studies. I do spinal manipulation to cure back pain. It is non operative and opd treatment and with good rehab you can be virtually normal.

. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Actually im having a uterine fibroid of 48*43mm since7 months and the treatment is going on. Last month on 30 th of octomber I took Inj. Decapeptyl 3.75 mg prescribed by my Gyn. After taking this injection I suffered from many problems such as severe neck and knee pain with stomach andback pain even I cant able yo bend now by seeing this myDr. stopped the injection and gave me calcium and vit D tablets and ask to wht for one month lets see what happens. Hi madam for your neck do the isometric exercises with your head and neck in a neutral position (normal position with head erect facing forward), place both of your hands on the front side of your head. Now gently push forward as you contract the neck muscles but resisting any movement of your head. Start with slow tension and increase slowly. Keep breathing normally as you execute this contraction. Hold for the recommended number of seconds. Now release the tension slowly. Rest for the recommended amount of time and repeat with your hands placed on the back side of your head. Variations: you can also do this exercise by placing your hands on the sides of your head. First do one side and then the next. If you have any doubts, inform.

1.. Go for fasting once a week. You can go for absolute fasting or rely on a liquid diet to digest ama (toxin). Fasting should be followed by hot fomentation or by taking a bath with lukewarm water or steam bath. 2.. After fasting and fomentation, mix powdered long pepper, black pepper and dried ginger in equal quantities and take 1 teaspoon of this powdered mix with lukewarm water twice a day. This will help you restore your digestive fire. 3.. Take one tablespoon of castor oil before going to bed, once or twice a week. It helps in cleansing ama (toxin) build up and balancing vata. 4.. Mix equal quantities of powdered fenugreek seeds, turmeric and ginger powder. Take one teaspoon daily in the morning and evening. 5.. For dry fomentation of the affected joints, take a cloth and fold it into four, fill it with hot and sand make a potli (bag) out of it. Use this bundle for the fomentation of different joints. This is very helpful in reducing pain and swelling.

Hi lybrate-user. I advise you to quit smoking at the earliest as it is seriously bad for your overall health. There is no answer to why everyone smokes inspite of it being injurious and rather than focussing on others, you should care for yourself. Smoking precipitates not only back pain but affects the whole body. Back pain is a broad condition and can be due to plenty of factors like occupational and postural stressors, muscle weakness and imbalances, nutritional deficiencies, certain bone related diseases, lack of exercises and/or due to combination of these factors. I opine you to get yourself checked by an orthopedic doctor or physiotherapist to first detect the cause of back pain and then take appropriate measures to curb the same. Also note that proper rest, good nutrition and positive mental attitude generally has a positive effect on all sorts of back pain.

Hi there! complete bed rest is not necessary. Ayurvedic therapies followed by certain yoga asanas will go a long way in relieving your pain.

Lybrate-user maintain your posture. I think your posture is not right. Use hot /cold comoression on paraspunal muscle. Avoid heavy weight lifting from ground or carrying. This is the inintial step for low back.

If your job involves bending forwards regularly then please avoid it, it will solve your most of the problems, you need to do backbending exercises in lying down position regularly.
