Here a few such myths The truth is that acne and pimples are caused by oily skin and have nothing to do with masturbation. Masturbation is a lifelong sexual activity. According to surveys regularly show 70 to 95 per cent of adult men and women masturbate. And while this may slow down as we age, many of us continue masturbating into our golden years. One survey of 800 adults over 60 yrs. Age found that that 46% of them masturbated, another found that 20% of seniors masturbated once a week or more. Masturbation is not just for the young, nor is it an immature form of sexual behaviour. The act of masturbation is as natural as making love, and, just like sexual intercourse it does not have any adverse effects on your health. Things like it causes acne, impotence, dark circles around the eyes etc. Are just unfounded assumptions and are not correct. Is regular sexual intercourse bad for you? Then how can masturbation be bad for you as it only mimics the sexual act. One can masturbate up to a couple of times a day with no ill effects. You just need to be aware about the difference between excessive masturbation and compulsive masturbation. The latter can lead to a few problems, if you fell that you masturbate compulsively, and then it is a good idea to contact a sexual health expert. Most people who are in a relationship indulge in masturbation. The need to masturbate has got nothing to do with a person’s relationship status. Again the unfounded social attitude about this act only makes people indulge in it privately and without their partner’s knowledge. Masturbation trains us to think that sexual desire is something that should be satisfied immediately, and it reinforces the idea that sex is about selfish instant gratification. While love is all about giving and sacrificing one's desires for the needs of another person, masturbation is all about training us to do whatever we want to feel good. Masturbation slowly but surely destroys our ability to give and receive love. It is just a way to release sexual tension While a man who frequently masturbates may find that he has a lower volume of semen per ejaculation, he would not run out, and he won't become infertile. His testicles begin producing and storing sperm during puberty and this sperm production continues throughout much of his adult life. It is a myth that satisfying yourself sexually will diminish your performance in bed.

hello. get relax from or during work. at night forget all stress.avoid it. bath at night before bed. take dinner on time.take salaad in dinner,fiber meal, low fatty/oily foods. green veg.,take low diet at dinner. massage you head and body. talk to family members what activity they did during day. enjoy with children if you have and wife.and other family members. it reduced stress of whole day. go for evening walk after 1 hour after dinner with family members or as you like if you live alone. take 1 glass of water before bed. you can watch T.V. PROGRAMME. THESE acitvity may be reduced stress and you can sleep proper way.

hello u need to understand the concept of weight loss, it requires cut down in calories (under the guidance of dietician) along with exercises which you are doing. include foods like green tea, lemon water, jeera water, salad vegetables like onion, tomato, cucumber, kakri, cabbage and fruits like melon, watermelon, plums. Avoid fried foods, carbonated drinks, sweets and processed foods. drink plenty of water. take small and regular meals like 3 main meals and 2 side meals. take chamomile tea before going to bed. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Take low calorie and low sodium and high protein food. Don't take rice at night. Take 1 glass of lukewarm water with 1 tsp of alsi powder in the morning and go for walk. Don’t skip breakfast. thank u

Hi lybrate-user Your mother's Low blood pressure is can be due to her diarrhea still you should understand the concept of low bp Low blood pressure occurs when blood pressure is much lower than normal. This means the heart, brain, and other parts of the body do not get enough blood. Normal blood pressure is mostly between 90/60 mmHg and 120/80 mmHg. The medical name for low blood pressure is hypotension. Hye, Thanks for the query. If you want to gain some weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. 1.  Eat 5 to 6 meals a day In order to gain weight, you need to start eating 5-6 meals a day. However, it is important that you break these meals into parts, as eating a lot at once may result in indigestion. Also, be sure to include healthy foods in your diet for a healthy weight gain. 2.  Weight train at least 3 times a week When you train with weights, your muscles grow. 3.  Consume more calories than you burn. Eating calories more than your normal intake may not be easy, but you must do it if you want to stop being skinny. Make sure you don’t do it just by overeating at once, but instead do it gradually over the whole day.  4.  Work out your entire body A lot of gym goers usually train only the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Make sure you workout your entire body for a wholesome weight gain. 5.  Load up on protein As informed earlier, you have to consume more calories than your normal intake every day. You can do this by eating foods rich in protein like dairy, meat, eggs, nuts, dry fruits, pulses, sprouts, smoothies, milk shakes etc.  6.  Drink your calories It may be tough to meet your calorie requirements by just eating. Drinking milk, lassi, milkshakes or fruit smoothies with little or no sugar can be a great way to load up on the required calories. 7.  Try and eat fast (but don’t choke on it) Your body takes some time to give signals of satiety which is why eating fast can help you eat more. 8.  Focus on recovery after each workout Stretching exercises, foods rich in carbohydrates can help recover your body significantly. Also, you should aim for 8 hours of sleep as inadequate sleep can cause several problems. 9.  Be patient with yourself Hoping to gain weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Even if you follow all the advice that is there, you may end up gaining just 1-2 kilos in a month. Every body is different, and just because you are not seeing results in terms of weight gain, you shouldn’t feel discouraged. Living healthy by eating the right diet will make you feel better and more positive about life and increase your strength. 10.  Believe in yourself.

Thyroid is a gland which is located in the neck right beneath the Adam’s apple. The hormone produced by it is called thyroxin and this hormone is responsible for controlling the body’s metabolic rate. This gland works as a thermostat for the human body as it controls other hormones which are responsible for burning and using calories.

How does it affect your life?

  • Hypothyroidism, also known as the ‘underactive thyroid disease’, is a disorder which causes the thyroid to secrete insufficient hormone, thus causing the body’s metabolic rate to slow down, and in turn affecting the heart rate and body temperature.
  • The people who suffer from hypothyroidism often experience weight gain and sensitivity to cold. Weight gain in case of hypothyroidism occurs despite having a low appetite. This is because the calories consumed are not burnt and used appropriately.
  • Fatigue is another major issue associated with hypothyroidism. Individuals suffering from hypothyroidism usually become tired after the first half of the day.
  • An underactive thyroid also causes drowsiness and depression. These may initially not seem to be major problems but in the long run, both the quality of life and overall health are usually negatively affected by it.
  • Thyroid related issues have become more common nowadays. Research shows that an unhealthy lifestyle is one of the major reasons behind this. Sedentary lifestyle involving little physical movement coupled with consumption of an unbalanced diet has led to surge in the number of such cases.

Doctors prescribe medications in case of hypothyroidism. But apart from medicines, simple modifications in lifestyle can go a long way in addressing this disorder. Research shows that consuming a healthy diet rich in iodine and comprising of sea food and green leafy vegetables, can increase the production of thyroxin in the body. Hence it naturally bleaches your skin. However don’t apply it undiluted. You might find the sting of undiluted lemon juice unbearable. So mingle it with few drops of water. You can also use a face mask made out of lemon juice and other ingredients like chickpea flour and almond. You need to soak about 5-6 almonds overnight in water. Next morning peel off the almond skins, crush almonds to a smooth paste, adding lemon juice and 2 tbsp chickpea flour to your mixture. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and apply the mask all over face and neck. Keep for about 20 minutes and then rinse with cold water. Repeat thrice a week. 2. Dry out the orange rinds. Ground those into a fine powder. Mingle the powder with curd and honey and apply it all over your face. Massage in a circular pattern for about 10-15 minutes and wash off with cold water. Repeat this remedy too thrice a week. Inform Mr. progress.

Please take rhus tox 200 - thrice daily for next 3-4 days. Also -- soak a washcloth in cool tap water wring out the excess water and then sponge areas like your armpits, feet, hands and groin to reduce the temperature. Also, you can place cold, damp washcloths on your forehead and the back of your neck. The cloth pieces should be changed regularly after a few minutes. This remedy is beneficial when dealing with a high fever as it helps keep temperature under control. You can also take a bath in lukewarm water to relax your body. Taking a shower, however, may not be a good idea. Plus, needless to say, take as much rest as possible as it helps the body fight the illness. Note: do not use very cold water as it may cause the internal body temperature to increase. Also do blood test for cbc/lft/malaria/dengue
