Sugar or more appropriately glucose is the only energy currency of the body. Without glucose, the first cells that get effected in the body are brain cells which cannot withstand the deficiency of glucose for even 15 minutes. We believe that whatever sugar that rises or falls in our blood is related only to the food that we have eaten immediately. This is partially true because our body keeps on storing surplus glucose and also creates its own glucose in the liver, when such a need arises. When we fast, the gates of such glucose stores are opened by the body so that our cells don's die out of starvation. When you took a small meal- it was not just the contribution of that meal but also your glucose stores that made that 124 mg rise!

Hello , if you body has high immune system, you can fight with any seasonal illness. To improve immunity, add best sources of protein, vitamins and good fatty acids to your diet. Eventually you can build up immunity.

Take cinnamon powder with honey in the empty stomach in the morning, also take ginger juice or morabba at 11 am. Once a week take laxative to clean the stomach.

To lose weight, you have to maintain an input-output ratio. Whatever food you eat contains the input calories which gives you the output calories in the form of energy. If your input calories is too much, you are likely to put on weight. The best way to lose weight is to exercise or spend the additional calories accumulated in your body in the form of fat. The other most important thing is to eat wisely. Try to cut down the excessive calories you are eating and make sure whatever you eat is healthy. Some tips to lose weight - 1. Have more fruits and vegetables than junk food and juices. 2. Avoid sugar as much as you can 3. Exercise 3-4 times a week. 4. Have an early dinner, preferably before 8 p. M. 5. Do not starve yourself. Eat small meals 5 times a day. 6. Have barley soup in dinner and avoid rice at night. 7. Drink lots of water daily.

When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. So you should take following remedies improving weight a]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner b]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavor increases satiety and enhances appetite. Due to improving hunger and digestion whatever you will eat more and even you eat more it will digest properly and your weight will increase naturally without any supplement.

Gaining & weight is not a simple process. You have to be very particular about tour food choices and only taking supplements not going to help you much. Make yourself motivated and join weight gain programme under the supervision of dietician to get good results.
