Yes u can infection of prostate called as Prostatitis. It may be of concern if u have UTI and not properly treated as Prostatitis can become chronic.

U appear to be suffering with bph. Pls consult a urosurgeon for further evaluation. Prostate size is not of much concern here.

It requires emergency surgery to create a temporary colostomy for time being. Pls consult a pediatric surgeon.
