You need to be examined by surgeon and proctoscopy to be done, by that time keep your stool soft by taking plenty of fluids orally and fibre rich diet.

avoid erection of penis for 6 months for safe side, use some antibiotics and ointment neosporine , stitches if dissolvable will remove automatically.
