everyone doesn't have pearl white teeth. your teeth color matches your skin colour. you can go for scaling and polishing followed by bleaching for more whiter teeth. avoid harsh brushing. it will make your teeth look more yellow by eroding the whiter enamel n expound the yellower dentin.

Wisdom teeth usually make their appearance between the ages of 17 and 21, though it's possible for them to push through earlier or later. Referred to as your" third molars, these four teeth begin to push through the skin like any other tooth, which can cause pain. However, wisdom teeth are much more likely to grow in at an incorrect angle – even sideways – causing impaction that can radiate this pain to the teeth in front of it.

We need more investigations to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning along with surgical, gum strengthening procedure. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meals. Use pepsodent tooth paste & gum paint for 2 to 3 weeks. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. •If your cavity in the tooth is caused by decay, your dentist will remove the decayed area and replace it with a filling. •If the pulp inside your tooth is infected, you may need root canal treatment. This procedure involves removing the infected pulp and then inserting a special type of filling to seal the tooth and prevent re-infection.

Kindly get the depth of cavity checked by taking an xray. If the cavity is deep you might need a root canal treatment. If not deep then kindly get a filling done in the tooth.

I have severe pericoronitis .the swelling won't let me sleep and my neck is stiff .please tell me do I have to get th...
Regards Please understand what pericoronitis is before you do anything else. It is a physical problem where food particles and plaque accumulate beneath a small area of gingiva overlying a lower third molar. Because of this, it gets inflamed and swells up. Because of the swelling, it gets chewed upon by corrosponding upper tooth. This causes further damage and further aggravates the inflammation and thus swelling. This become a viscious cycle. Because of some antibiotics, painkillers and anti-inflammatory medications, the current episode might resolve only to cause a another episode because the physical problem has not been corrected. This problem is sort of new to our generation based on evolutionary explanations. Our jaw sizes are reducing while the number and size of teeth remains the same. Thus the third molars are generally partially covered by bone and/ or gingiva from the back. This causes third molar impaction or pericoronitis. I would strongly suggest that you stop beating around the bush and get that third molar extracted given that you are unable to sleep because of the severity of this episode. If not indicated in your particular case, consider laser operculectomy (removal of excessive gingiva covering a third molar by laser to cause minimal swelling). It might seem drastic, but take some time and consider the various episodes of pain and swelling that you will have to face unnecessarily because of a tooth that is not as useful in chewing.

Yes clicking sounds while opening and closing jaw may be due to temporomandibular joint displacement. Give rest to your jaws, eat soft food, give hot compress over the jaw and take anti inflammatory medication to reduce pain and inflammation. Consult a dentist to get yourself examined for the same. Do not delay as it can cause further damage.
