Dear ur ideal weight is 48- 58 kg. U r obese so to decrease ur weight u have to maintain diet and have to do daily work out. Only exercise or Only diet control will not help. Excessive weight gain occurs only when calories intake are more than calories burnt, It can put a person at risk of thyroid disease, diabetes , kidney problems, arthritis etc... Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach daily. 3. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 4. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 5. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 5 min per asana. 6. Do brisk walk early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 7. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 8. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. 9. Drink three litres of water daily 10 Take 2 tb medohar guggul nd 2 tab triphala guggul twice a day with luke warm water./ 1month.

I am so thin even if I try to have more I can't have at a time as I am in hostel so it's not possible to have 5-6 meals in a day & as per my body I don't put on weight so easily. So pls do suggest me what should I add ib my diet or any thing else to include.

Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Dear, Shampoos and oils do not make much change because, they hardly penetrate layers of skin, where roots (live part of hair) are present. “PROTIEN RICH DIET” Veg: Dhal, soya beans, mushrooms, sprouts etc…. Non Veg: Egg whites, Fish, Chicken (non fried items) Dry fruits – (Almonds 5-6 (badam), Dates (3-4), Walnuts (1-2), Raisins (kishmish)) majority of dry fruits are good for health & hair especially.
