You need to go for meditation to reduce your stress and build up your stamina as well to feel strong from within. Take plenty of water to eliminate toxins. Include protein rich food in your diet. Yes you can use that. There are no such side effects but do not keep using it for more than 2 months.

Hello, as per your description, seems to be alopecia areata. Alopecia areata is a type of hair loss that occurs when your immune system mistakenly attacks hair follicles, which is where hair growth begins. Alopecia areata usually begins when clumps of hair fall out, resulting in totally smooth, round hairless patches on the scalp. In some cases the hair may become thinner without noticeable patches of baldness, or it may grow and break off, leaving short stubs (called" exclamation point" hair). In rare cases, complete loss of scalp hair and body hair occurs. The hair loss often comes and goes-hair will grow back over several months in one area but will fall out in another area. Medication: take homoeopathic medication which is safe to take and you will start getting the results within few days to few months - acid fluor. 200 to be taken twice a day daily for 1 month. Revert back for further guidance. D home remedies: -lavender - an essential oil, since it is so powerful, should be diluted into a base oil before being applied, such as almond or coconut oil. 1. Eat well – Take a balanced Diet comprising of 45% carbohydrate, 30% protein and 25% fats, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits. Don’t over eat. Avoid junk, spicy, oily, high calorie, cholesterol rich diet, don’t skip your breakfast. Take warm, homemade food. Avoid food and drink from outside. Don’t skip or postpone your meal. Minimize consumption of refined grains like white rice, white bread, sugary or refined food. 2. Keep hydrated- Drink 2 liters /6-8 glasses of water daily 3. Do regular exercise for one hour daily like brisk walking/Jugging etc 4. Take adequate rest- 7-8 hours of sound sleep in the night is required to remain healthy 5. Avoid stress, anxiety, depression, agitation etc 6. Find time for relaxation and enjoyments with friends and family 7. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control emotion, improve concentration and relieve stress 8. Hi lybrate-user here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit. For weight gain proper nutrition is a must. 1) you can start including more milk, cow ghee, fruits & vegetables in your diet. 2) stop eating junk & processed food. 3) make a habit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk with a tsp of ghee. 4) eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk over night. 5) boost up your apettite by working out daily for atleast 30 mins.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points ( if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos., both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3months. Revert. Dear patient, 1.calorie dense food should be incorporated in your diet like dried fruits, potato, sweets, nuts, jam jelly, banana or mango shake, porridge, badam kheer etc. 2. Leafy vegetables should be restricted in your diet as they reduce appetite. 3. you should take 3 major meals a day and snacks in between. 4.Butter, margarine should be taken. 5.Adequate amount of egg, meat, fish, milk should be taken as it help you for tissue building in your body. 6.Try to take 1 boiled egg at every morning. 7.you should eat more food at each meal. 8. I have started running for weight loss but I can't build stamina I can run only 300-400 mts without break please suggest how to build stamina.

Hello. One can increase the stamina by including a well-balanced diet by adding low-fat products, plenty of fruits and vegetables and lean meat. So, increase intake of healthy food (food having anti-oxidants like green vegetables, nuts, salads, fruits, fish, green tea; food rich in calcium like milk & milk products; flaxseeds, poppyseeds), avoid alcohol & smoking, drink lots of water (10-12 glasses per day), take sufficient sleep (6-9hrs per day), avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension, sports like football, basketball and all other sprinting games will help strengthen your heart so that more oxygen reaches all parts of your body, include cardiovascular exercises like running, swimming, jumping etc. And exercise daily for 30-45 minutes (brisk walk is the best exercise to increase the circulation of the whole body), later you can increase the duration as per your stamina. (do the above slowly and gradually). Medication: take schwabe's alfaalfa tonic and five phos./ thrice a day daily for 4 weeks.

I have to go to washroom for about 6-7 times a day but I don't face any problem like loose motions or any other. My stool seems to be normal but going to washroom for this many times have caused pain in my legs and rashes near thighs and groin.

As you said you go to the washroom 6-7 times daily. I think it means your stool is unsatisfactory and it may be hard and difficult to dedicate. If it loose then along with stool there is water loss from the body which means loss of electrolytes from body. Deficiency of these electrolytes may cause pain legs. Frequent visit to the washroom may causes rashes because of unhygienic condition and persistent moisture in groin area.

It is a common problem; it may be associated with overeating, constipation, food allergy and certain diseases. Eeping after meals doubles gas and acidity that increases burning and sour sensation. Drink hot water after meals for easy digestion, it is also good for weight reduction. Include ginger, mint leaves and garlic in your daily food. These are good for easy gas and acidity. Reduce daily intake of coffee and tea. Drink enough water every day to keep you healthy. Avoid eating sweets after the meals and stop drinking water after eating sweets. Include fruits in your morning meal. Fibers and natural supplements help to retain energy and overcome acidity related problems of the stomach. Avoid factors that make stress. Do not forget that stress is a reason for many diseases and controlling stress is enough for curing many diseases. Avoid spicy foods, vinegar, black tea, chocolate etc. These are a reason for gas and acidity. Drinking coconut water daily is good for gas and acidity eat vanilla ice cream or drink a glass of cold milk to get immediate relief from gas and acidity. Take one piece of clove and chew it slowly. This is a good way to give you relief from acidity within minutes. Take a piece of ginger and chew it with little bit salt. Drink more water, high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread. You can take Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: This amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4.
