Your skin will be healthy and the face will be bright once you maintain healthy life style and disciplined habits. *.Take nutritious and timely food. *.Avoid fried foods and eat fruits, nuts, pulses, greens, milk and whole grains *.Drinking lots of water is good. Keep hydrated by drinking water and preferring juicy fruits. *.Have timely and adequate sleep. Your body will be fresh after good night sleep. *.Be relaxed and avoid tension *.Daily jogging or such exercise to ensure good blood circulation which helps nutrients reaching the skin and all parts of body. *You may apply lemon and honey to the face. Let it dry and wash it off. Lemon has good cleansing effect. This has to be done frequently for good result. *Facial massage will also promote good circulation. *.Don’t expose to hot direct sun. Wear cap, full sleeve shirt and shoes which will protect you from sun. Generally 10 AM to 4 PM is the hottest. Avoid exposure at that time. *. The cause of white spots are * loss of pigmentation * fungal infection * loss of upper skin due to dryness to treat the white spots- * apply coconut or mustard oil on the effected parts once a day specially in the evening. * crush 15-20 leaves of neem and put them in a bucket of luke warm water for 15 minutes & take bath with this water. * take a glass of milk added with a teaspoon of protien powder once a day. *you are advised to take 20 leaves of neem, grind them and make their paste with small amount of water. Apply that paste for 30 minutes on that body part after removing it apply coconut oil on it. Apply this paste once in a week. * apply the paste of aloe vera & turmeric powder on the effected parts of body 2 times a week for 15-20 minutes. * avoid to eat non veg, mango, jaggery, garlic for 10 days.

Reduce starchy carbs. Eat a full, balanced breakfast. Limit sugar consumption. Rotate your carbs. Drink coffee (black) before working out. Avoid drastic calorie reductions. Eat 5-6 meals a day. Hello lybrate-user this is one type of indigestion do as follow: * take ajvayan & jeera 1 tsp each after each meal * take ginger & turmeric before food * take hot water * quantity is much important, assume 4 part of your appetite & take food only 3 part of it * avoid day sleep, stress, night awaking * start excersice.

this isvseasobal changes likely to have viral infection. Zdo warm saline gargle regularly. have homemade freshly prepared lemon juice which is rich in vitamin C thereby increasing your body autoimmune system which prevents infection. go for morning walk followed by free hand exercises. have plenty of water by mouth.

As a Dermatologist- I would suggest. .Start using Contractubex ointment daily for 1 month. U can try for repeat injections too. But they are painful. Use Amylac cream in day. DONT EVER go for Surgery. It will make your keloid worse. Come for an urgent consultation to me or nearest dermatologist.

3 Strengthening Exercises For A Frozen Shoulder

Frozen shoulder (also known as adhesive capsulitis) is a condition in which the shoulder is stiff, painful, and has limited motion in all directions. A person suffering from a frozen shoulder can be pretty uncomfortable.

Frozen shoulder treatment should be done immediately once it has been detected. Stretching exercises are considered as the best-frozen shoulder treatment exercises. A proper warm up becomes very necessary before any exercise.

Making the area warm by using a heating pad is one of the warm-up methods. However, a warm shower covers it all.

Physiotherapy for frozen shoulder includes various exercises that should be first confirmed by a doctor. There are a number of exercises for frozen shoulder. Some very important frozen shoulder exercises are listed below:

  1. Pendulum Stretch: To start with, you can do the pendulum stretch. This dictates that the shoulders should be in a state of relaxation, initially, following which the arm which is affected should be allowed to hang down slightly. Once this is done, the arm is to be swung in a small circle i.e. about a foot in diameter. This is to be done consistently so that there can be a gradual improvement in the condition. As there is an improvement, the size of the circle can be increased and once the shoulder can take sufficient weight again, minor weights (up to five pounds) can be used.
  2. Finger Walk: A simple exercise which can be done almost anywhere is the finger walk. What this exercise entails is that the person stands about three-fourths of an arm’s length away from a wall and then places his or her fingers on the wall itself, at around the level of the waist. The fingers are to crawl or walk up the wall till the point that it becomes a little uncomfortable. While this is just one repetition, after the fingers have been lowered, it is to be done again. In order to have the best results in combating frozen shoulder, the finger walk exercise is to be repeated about twenty times in a day.
  3. Towel Stretches: Towels do not serve a greater role apart from drying up post a bath or over the course of a visit to the spa, right? Well, this is not really true due to the fact that they can be used to even help with frozen shoulder! Indeed, towel stretches done by holding the towel with each hand across one’s back. The arm which is normal should then pull the affected arm so it is stretched. As is the case with the finger walk, about 20 repetitions a day is ideal for good results.

If one goes a step forward and follows a regime of with all these exercises, the person suffering due to frozen shoulder will be back to normal in almost no time at all!

The traditional oils which have been used for cooking in indian families are safe and good in diabetes. Mustard oil is an excellent preparation as it has an optimal ratio of PUFA and MUFA. Other newer oils in the market are backed by strong marketing strategies like CANOLA oil which is very similar to mustard oil but much costlier
