Hi! hair loss happens due to various reasons and to treat it correctly the cause has to be known. There are temporary and permanent types of bair loss. You can try taking a multivitamin supplement with iron and zinc for a month to see if it helps. If your hair loss does not reduce with this you should consult a trichologist for further investigation as early treatment is the key to successful results in hair loss. Hair follicles once damaged or dead are difficult to be revived back so do not waste much time on trying shampoos or oils instead look for internal causes of hair loss. Have a healthy balanced diet and include sprouts, green tea, almonds, walnuts and flaxseeds and leafy greens in your diet. Avoid red meat, ghee, cheese, butter, smoking, fried food and sweets. Exercise regulary to improve the blood circulation to your scalp.

Dear user, you can take warm water and add a pinch of salt to it and do rinses of this water 4-5 times in a day. This will relax the muscles and suppresa the pain temporarily.

Tips on family history of high cholesterol

Premature heart disease is when heart disease occurs before 55 years in men and 65 years in women. In premature heart disease, the prevalence of dyslipidemia (high cholesterol levels without symptoms) is 75-85%.

Fifty-four percent of all patients with premature heart disease and 70% of those with a lipid abnormality have a familial disorder. Hence, a screening test for lipids is recommended for first-degree relatives of patients with myocardial infarction, particularly if premature. Screening should begin with a standard lipid profile and if normal, further testing should be done for lp (a) and apolipoproteins b and a-i.

About 25% patients with premature heart disease and a normal standard lipid profile will have an abnormality in lp (a) or apo b. Elevated apo a-1 and hdl are likewise associated with reduced chd risk.

First-degree relatives are brothers, sisters, father, mother; second-degree relatives refer to aunts, uncles, grandparents, nieces, or nephews and third-degree relatives refer to first cousins, siblings, or siblings of grandparents.

Familial hypercholesterolemia (fh) is a genetic disorder, characterized by high cholesterol, specifically very high ldl (" bad cholesterol") levels and premature heart disease. Patients may develop premature cardiovascular disease at the age of 30 to 40. Heterozygous fh is a common genetic disorder, occurring in 1: 500 people in most countries. Homozygous fh is much rarer, occurring in 1 in a million births. Heterozygous fh is normally treated with drugs. Homozygous fh often does not respond to medical therapy and may require apheresis or liver transplant.

To detect familial high cholesterol levels, a universal screening must be done at age 16. The cholesterol levels in heterozygous patients are between 350 to 500 mg/dl, and in homozygous, the levels are between 700 to 1, 200 mg/dl.

Hello,Medication will not help at this age, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. play Basket ball regularly. Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. I suggest you to follow these exercises on regular basis in order to get result.

I am 52 years old and I have got surgery regarding removing our uterus at 35 old. Some times I have been discharging like 1 or 2 drops blood lightly when I feel stressed or taking spicy food but I don't have any pain or burning. My weight is 50 and I have high BP. Now I want to know any risk due to this.

If you have removed uterus you cannot have uterine bleeding and if you mean blood from anus you have a piles or fissure and need check up

Ketorol DT is good. For the first dose, You can take 2 tabs at once dissolved in water. Then 1 tab every 8 hours for 3 days. You can also do warm salt water rinses. But this is just the symptomatic relief. Get the tooth checked for the cause of pain and treatment accordingly. Good luck.

My gums are bleeding and smelling also. I am using sensodine Repair and protect toothpaste and oramint herbal mouthwash. Gums bleeding is due to infection in gums. Get scalling done by dentist. Take vit c tab for one week. Use proper brushing techniques. Brush, floss n use mouthwash twice daily. Massage your gums with your finger tips after brushing. Keep your tongue clean. Rinse your mouth well after each meal. Visit your dentist for dental checkups every 6 months to detect n prevent dental probs.
