Start with physiotherapy treatment and learn exercise for spine. Don't sit on floor. Don't lift heavy things. Apply volini cream before sleeping. Take calcium and multivitamin with vitamin d 3 for 2 month.

Hot saline fomentation and volini gel application followed by spinal exercises. Avoid forward bending and reduce weight see my health feed for back pain.

Hi Take ultrasound therapy at shoulder and shortwave dithermy at cervical region at physiotherapy clinic followed by isometric exercise and mobilization by physiotherapist. Best wishes.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. Actually pain at calf/leg region can be due to many reasons, commonly it is muscular in nature but it can also be due to tendons, nerves, blood vessels etc. Also you have stated that there is thigh pain as well, can you please tell me whether this pain is a radiating pain from lower back region? also does he suffer from lower back problems also? my advise to you for initial 2-3 weeks if it is just thigh with off and on leg pain will be: - ice packs application intensively with elevation of your limbs at night - take a short course of anti-inflammatory medication as per your body's suitability - stop your physical activity till pain completely subsides - intensive physical therapy, training and proper muscle conditioning once pain has subsided - slow resumption of physical activities with proper pre activity warm up and stretching of muscles and short increments in duration of physical activity each day as per pain tolerance. - we will get some blood tests for you - serum vitamin d and serum potassium levels, esr and crp once you have all these reports then you can contact me as I can advise you for proper supplementation do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance.

I practice shuttle-badminton regularly but since a month I get shoulder pain after practice ,I also tried some medications but not helpful ,pain is even more severe when I sleepy what may be the reason?

You should take Acupressure therapy and take Biochemic Kali phos 200x + Nat mur 200x, 4 tab with thrice a day with warm water and take it 5 days than consult private online,

कमर दर्द मे वजन को न उठाये ज्यादा लचीले गद्दे का प्रयोग न करे छुक कर कोई काम न करे कोई करे की छुटने के काम से दूर और कमर सीधे कर दस मिनट रहे कमर के लिए सीधे लेट कर अपने घुटने को मोड़ कर दोनो हाथ से पकड़ कर 10सेंकीड रखे फिर र दूसरे घुटने को भी ऐसे ही करे तीसरे बार दोनो हाथ से दोनों घुटनों को 10सेकिड के लिए अपने सीने से जोड कर रखे ओर साथ मे सिकाई भी करे

Hello, sir it may be due to muscle soreness. Correcting your vitamin D and a few supplyments to a large extent will correct your problem.

I am 30 years old male patient living in visakhapatnam. I am suffering from pain in lateral side of my left foot i.e 5th metatarsal bone. When I woke up or after taking rest for a while I feel pain in ankle joint as well as lateral side. It is very difficult for me to walk during that period and the pain stabilizes after some time.
