Palpitations need not be linked to cardiac problems. I assume from your statements that you are probably suffering from cervical disc bulge. Most of the lower cervical and upper thoracic disc problems can refer pain to the anterior and lateral chest wall and would mimic a typical chest pain, which would be associated with palpitations. Treatment: PHYSIOTHERAPY: Intermittent cervical traction with neck in slight flexion (weight 5-6 KGS, duration: 15 minutes), interferential therapy for the painful and stiff areas of the neck 15 minutes. Continue this treatment for ten days. Learn anulom vinulom pranayama, transcendental meditation. Go for a brisk walk in the morning for 20 minutes with good arm swing. Do pranayama in fresh air. Also add pelvic mobility and thoracic mobility exercises. You need to do strict permanent alterations in her diet pattern for her complete recovery. AVOID THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: 1.coffee,tea 2.branded health drinks 3. White sugar and products made of white sugar like sweets, cakes, ice creams, bread, bun and all other bakery items 4. Maida products like samosa, puffs, parotta, naan etc 5.high carbohydrate food like potatoes, white rice 6, dairy products (packet milk, curd) 7.noodles,vermicelli, pasta, pizza. 8.NON VEGETARIAN FOOD INCLUDING EGGS INCLUDE HIGHLY ALKALINE FOOD .(LIST GIVEN BELOW) 1.wheatgrass juice, to be taken everyday in empty stomach in the morning. Any other food should be taken after an interval of half an hour. 2.vegetable soup (carrot, beetrot, beans, turnip, coriander, curry leaves, mint leaves) 5.spinach soup 6. Ashgourd juice (white pumpkin) 7.Banana pith (stem) juice. 8.Hand pounded unpolished rice.

You are probably suffering from IRRITABLE BOWEL SYNDROME. Stop straining while passing stools. Stop eating wheat and maida based food. Cut down oil and spices in your food. Stop eating cooked food in the night and eat only fruits like bananas, grapes, pomogranate, figs and guava in the night time. Drink tender coconut water three times a day. Perform deep breathing exercises, avoid junk food and include diet with high fiber content like banana pith, green leaves, watery vegetables like turnip, radish etc. Avoid tea, coffee, biscuits and bread strictly.

ACL injury need not necessarily be treated with a surgery. Surgery in indicated based on the degree of ligament injury. Otherwise it can be treated conservatively with physiotherapy. If you can give a detailed description of the problem I can guide you.

Since you are not facing "instability" issues, you need not opt for a surgery. The loose skin may be due to "wasting"(reduction in circumference) of quadriceps muscle. Swelling can be reduced with proper physiotherapy treatments such as wax bath, IFT and knee rehabilitation exercises.

Your son is probably suffering from alcoholic neuropathy, a condition where the peripheral nerves and nerve roots in the spinal cord are affected due to chronic alcohol consumption. This can be effectively treated with physiotherapy and diet modifications. Physiotherapy: Intermittent pelvic traction (weight 10-12 kgs, duration :15 minutes), INTERFERENTIAL THERAPY for painful areas in both legs (15 minutes, continue this treatment for 10 days. HYDROTHERAPY you have to fill little water (ordinary cold water) in this tub (1-1.5 inches) so that the back of the neck and lower back is in contact with the water. The patient has to remain in the bath tub for 15 minutes. Do this twice a day. This will relieve the symptoms and would give relaxation. You need to do strict permanent alterations in your son's diet pattern for complete recovery. AVOID THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: 1.coffee,tea 2.branded health drinks 3. White sugar and products made of white sugar like sweets, cakes, ice creams, bread, bun and all other bakery items 4. You should use a pillow. While sleeping on your side, you should bridge the gap between neck and shoulder, use pillow with adequate height, so that neck and upper back are in the same alignment.

It's really surprising that so far no one has referred for physiotherapy. Kindly visit a physiotherapy clinic and ask for wax bath, IFT for knee joint, pelvic mobility exercises, active assisted knee range if motion exercises, calf muscle self stretching, hip flexor self stretching, ankle range of motion exercises. You should buy a neoprene hinged knee brace and ask her to wear it during standing and walking. Continue this treatment for two weeks. Apply hot and ice packs alternatively at home for 5 minutes each.
