Dear lybrateuser, - To be healthy & fit consume a well balanced diet with more of protein foods, do regular exercise & sleep well for at least 7-8 hrs per day - have more of fruits, vegetables, protein rich foods such as eggs, milk & milk products, non veg, legumes, sprouts, nuts - have a protein rich food with each meal & also as a snack in between meals to provide you with energy throughout the day - do regular exercise like jogging, swimming, pushups, pull ups, squats, do moderate weight lifting twice a week to develop your muscles & gain stamina - sleep for at least 7-8 hrs at night, keep your sleep & wake up time fixed.

Hello! medication or pills or supplement for weight lose is not at all a good solution for any one. One might lose or gain weight for that particular period but once you stop supplement many complication can take place. So I must advice go for small n frequent healthy meals with some activity. You can take good quality protein in your diet. Like- milk n products, egg, chicken, dal & products. N visit a dietitian. It will help. The 1st thing you need to take care of is good quality protein, complex carbohydrate n good quality fat. If you are 4 ft 5 inch then your weight is ok.

Hi lybrate-user! To gain weight you should consume calorie and protein dense foods like banana, dates, besan, sweet milk preparations like kheer, milkshakes and custard. Avoid junk and aerated drink as they are just empty calories and do not contribute to any nutrition. Do half an hour of strength exercises like sit ups, jumping jacks and push ups to strengthen your muscles.

Keep check on your eating habits and try to find out the changes in your lifestyle now or sometimes it can be due to hormonal imbalance get your thyroid profile done and eat small & frequent meals, inlude more of high calorie foods such as dessert, sweetened beverages in your diet so to be in positive energy balance.

Eating sufficient protein is required to gain muscle weight instead of just fat. *High-protein foods include meats, fish, eggs,  many dairy products, legumes, nuts and others. * In order to gain weight, eat at least 5 meals per day and make sure to eat plenty of fat, carbs and protein. * Don’t drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. * Drink milk. Drinking whole milk to quench thirst is a simple way to get in more high-quality protein and calories. First for few weeks do stretching and warm up exercises and do it on alternate days and Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit
