I am 25 year old. My height is 5'8 and weight is 60 kg. I need proper diet how to increase my weight. I was suffering from a psychological problem and under counselling by doctor. Increase the intake of cereals in your diet and also take some dry fruits, eat 250 to 300 g fresh fruits everyday, also take milk in between 500 to 750 ml. Also take sprouts. Always carry chocolate with you, whenever you feel you want a smoke, eat the chocolate you have. This will deviate your mind and will help you to quit smoking.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. Medicines - * you can take shatavaryadi churn of baidyanath 1/2 teaspoon with milk in evening everyday for atleast 3 months only under the supervision of an ayurveda expert. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy.

These are side effects of ipill available routinely to help women in emergency but not to be abused as a routine medicine. Get pregnancy test done. Tons of hormones present in ipill are stored in liver and it will take few days for side effects to be over. Dear girl you are just 18, focus on studies, and if you have to take pills, take low dose oral tabs.

Hello, Thanks for the query. Uncontrolled diabetes is the main reason for loosing weight and developing weakness. So it absolutely important to achieve a good blood glucose conrol. Ideally fasting glucose should be < 100 mg, PP around 170 to 180 mg & HbA1c% <7. Or close to 7. Then only weight can be controlled. Thanks.

According to ayurveda, for treatmnet of obesity, you firstly stop causative factors from your life style. Like drinking too much cold water, eat too much sweets, day sleep, water after meal, lack of exercise, curd, menda etc. I will need your detail history. Till you can follow this * start drinking hot water * stop day sleep * start any exercise in morning, like suryanamaskar, walking, joging, sports * drink juice of turmeric n ginger with honey * take jau barley, instead of ghenhu wheat. * use cow ghee n milk only * boild rise in open pot, don't use cocker. Withdraw water if rice.

There is no shortcut to health and according to WHO guidelines, if a person is loosing 3 kgs every month it is considered to be healthy and if someone is loosing more than that then it might lead to nutritional deficiencies. Following are the suggestions for you- 1. Have small and frequent meals. 2. Include fresh fruits and vegetables in your daily diet. 3. Water intake should be at least 8-10 glasses. 4. Exercise daily for 30 minutes. 5. Avoid high starch and fried foods. 6. Avoid sweets, cakes, pastries, chocolates, honey, sugar, etc.

It is your physical Constitution and should not cause any harm. But in case you don't like it then You can do area specific excercises. Excercise like running, squats will cause your leg muscle hypertrophy and will bring a shape to the contour of your legs. My personal advise is not to take any medication for that.
