Hi Have a small glass of warm water with lemon daily early morning. This would help a bit. Also include more amount of Fibre rich foods in your regular diet. I advise to see a dietician for a personalized diet plan that suits your daily dietary requirement.

Yes. You can reduce your weight by doing treadmill if you are following a proper diet. But shaping tummy, you have to go for tummy exercises along with treadmill and good diet.

Drinking fruit juice after workout is more effective than having it before. You can try some pre-workout snack before gym so that you stay energized during your workout. Having juice after workout will help you out as an instant energizer since it has glucose in it and also re-hydrates your body.
