Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day. Avoid junk food. Spicy food. Fermented food. Tea. Avoid alcohol consumption(if u consume). Do pranayama early morning.

Bunions - 7 Ways To Treat It!

Sometimes, the joint that connects the big toe to the feet may develop an unnatural hump. This condition is known as bunions. Sometimes, it may so happen that the big toe move towards the other toes, pushing the base of the toe outward, leading to the development of bunions. There are ways, by which you treat bunions. Some of them are-

  1. Medication: Visiting a doctor is the most prudent step to take in case you are suffering from bunions. The inflammation and the swelling that accompany bunions can be initially treated by medicines and pain relievers.
  2. Heating pad: Heating pad generally treats and manages pain by applying heat on the affected areas. In the case of bunions, heating pad has emerged as an effective way to deal with bunions.
  3. Ice pack: Working on a principle, which is the very reverse of heating pad, ice packs uses refrigerant gel or cold water to treat injuries. 
  4. Wearing the shoe of the right size: Bunions are generally the result of wearing ill-fitting shoes. Therefore, one of the easiest way to deal with it would probably be wearing the right size.
  5. Bunion pads: At the initial stages, a bunion can be treated by wearing a bunion pad. This will help to realign the toe that had deviated as well as reduce the ensuing pain.
  6. Foot exercises: Exercises have always proved to be an efficient way in dealing with various physical deformities, and a bunion is no different. Few foot exercises can work wonders in treating bunions.
  7. Surgery: This is used in the case of extreme situations. When the condition persists, then the intervention of a surgery becomes important to realign the affected toe.

Although graying of hair is a natural process as you get older but at your age it may be a reason of too much stress and bad eating habits. Try to be happy throughout the day. Listen to your favourite music to relax your brain and muscles. Also, Having a highly acidic diet (Junk food, Pickles etc.) increases hair graying. Try to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and drink ample amount of water to keep your body alkaline (opposite of acidic).

Hello- instead of proteinaceous diet you have to locally perform some measures to get rid of your problems. >scalp is like our skin, if you won't apply oil properly your scalp will get dry, hair will become rough and frizzy and thin. >here are some ayurvedic tips for you- a) less shampoo and more oiling proportion should be followed. B) avoid fast food and fried and spicy food. C) avoid hair dyes and anti-dandruff shampoo as it weakens your hair roots and causes hair fall. D) use presoria ayurvedic hair shampoo, and dhurdhurpatradi hair oil. E) increase the use of sweets and dairy products except curd in your diet.

Hi, actually pain at calf/leg region can be due to many reasons, commonly it is muscular in nature but it can also be due to tendons, nerves, blood vessels etc. My advise to you for initial 2-3 weeks will be: - ice packs application intensively with elevation of your limbs at night - take a short course of anti-inflammatory medication as per your body's suitability, you ca also initiate a muscle relaxant along with an analgesic - stop your physical activity till pain completely subsides - intensive physical therapy, training and proper muscle conditioning once pain has subsided - slow resumption of physical activities with proper pre activity warm up and stretching of muscles and short increments in duration of physical activity each day as per pain tolerance. - some blood tests like serum vitamin d and serum potassium levels, esr and crp help in better diagnosis of such condition. Take soaked fenugreek{methi] seeds daily minimum-10 in morning with empty stomach, and also consume more methi leaves in food, apply petals of red hibiscus flower directly over the scalp or boil the coconut oil with those flowers. Take plenty of water, apply jaborandi hair oil weekly twice or thrice, one night before take headbath.Take wl 89 drops daily 10-15 drops twice in 1/4 h cup of water.

For making hair grow fast, strong and thick follow these instructions: • Do not take A lot of stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation to destress yourself. You can do Pranayams or take long deep breaths whlie closing your eyes I a peaceful environment for at least 8-10 minutes. • Add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs. • Practice Yogasana like Shirshasana and Sarwangasana only under the guidance of Expert. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. It increases blood circulation in your scalp and enhances hair growth. • Avoid the excess use of products such as hair colours or shampoo. * Take Vitamin-E rich foods like dry fruits (Almonds, Pista etc) daily. * You can take Vitamnin E supplement (100 mg capsiles) daily and tab. Boitin only under the supervision of nearest physician. * Apply the egg yolk to the scalp atleast once a week. It gives nourishment to hair root and enhances hair growth.

Start immediately with homoeopathic medication - sulphur 200/ one dose daily in the morning for a week and 10 drops of arnica montana q in 1/2 cup of water and apply on the face on the beard and the mustache area with a cotton swab. Then use the razor. Repeat the above process every 3rd day for few months. There are certain nutrients that you can add to your daily routine that can help encourage faster, more effective hair growth. Promote thicker hair with folic acid. Use your finger tips, and gently massage your face in circular motions for about two to three minutes. Try applying a facial moisturizer to create a smoother massage. -take in vitamin a. This vitamin stimulates the production of sebum, which keeps your hair follicles and skin hydrated. You can find vitamin a in eggs, meat, cheese, liver, carrots, pumpkin, broccoli, and dark green leafy vegetables. -get plenty of vitamin e, which has long been recognized as key for healthy skin, and can increase blood flow, which leads to an optimal environment for hair growth. Foods rich in vitamin e include oils, leafy vegetables, nuts, and beans, and most people get plenty of vitamin e when eating a normal diet. -boost circulation with vitamin b3. Healthy circulation may have a positive effect on hair growth. Reports find that b3 is even more effective when taken with biotin. -take in vitamin b5. This is also known as pantothenic acid. It not only helps the body use fats and proteins, necessary for healthy hair, it also has been reported to help reduce stress; and stress can definitely inhibit hair growth. Vitamin b5 occurs naturally in brewer's yeast, broccoli, avocado, egg yolks, organ meats, duck, milk, lobster, whole-grain breads, and more.

You might be low in vitamins. Get your vit. D, calcium and vit. B12 checked. Do regular exercise and eat lots of fruits. If the pain persists, see an orthopod.
