It depends on size and type of acne scars. For small n superficial scars. Dermaroller n microdermabrasion r equally effective.

As all steroids flucort also have several side effects. Like atrophy, striae, telangiectasia, acne, easy bruisability, hypertrichosis.

Don't use Panderm + cream for fairness. It contains steroid + anti fungal + antibacterial combination. Long term use of steroids damages your skin. It has so many side e ...read full answer
