Kindly wipe it with Betadine lotion twice with soaked in clean cooton swap along with it take Cal. sulp 3x 4 tabs twice for 3 days and do give me a follow up there after.

Hello, No it is not recommended in young women in reproductive age but advised for post menopausal women with decreased estrogen levels.

For increasing your weight, eat lots of carbohydrates (potatoes, rice, corn etc.) and good fats (various nuts, peanut butter etc.), high fat dairy (whole milk, cheese). Hi Banana is rich in carbohydrates and also some minerals As long as you are physically active and your dietary pattern is good, don’t worry about eating 2 banana everyday. You can eat But make sure you Avoid added sugars to prevent weight gain.

What to Eat & Not to Eat When You Have an Ulcer in Stomach!

Many times we forget about the importance of our health in the race to pursue our careers and goals. We take our bodies for granted and keep working them without stopping for a breath. While some may have mastered this art, there are many who may not be able to cope with such a lifestyle and may end up falling ill. The most common problem that most people suffer from is stomach upset, gas, or stomach pain, and all of this may be because of not eating right or having irregular eating habits.

It is due to such problems that people fall ill and then go to the doctor with a problem that may take much longer to treat. However, if the patient starts to check in with the doctor before the stomach pain worsens, it may be easier to treat because very often the pain arises from stomach ulcers. Ulcers are sores that are caused on the lining of the stomach or the oesophagus or even on the intestines. In serious cases, the sores may cause great damage to the stomach and may lead to much worse issues. However, with the right intake of food, the damage may be controlled in combination with medicines and treatment from experts.

Foods to avoid
In controlling the spread of stomach ulcers or peptic ulcers, it may be important to know the food that should be avoided so that the medicines and treatments taken for controlling the problem may work better. Here is a list of foods that you should avoid:

  1. Hot beverages such as tea, coffee, cocoa and milk should be avoided because they cause acid imbalance in the stomach.
  2. Anything that may contain caffeine should also be avoided.
  3. Alcohol should be completely avoided by those suffering from peptic ulcers.
  4. Citric or sour drinks such as grape or orange drinks should also be avoided for remaining at ease.
  5. Any spicy powders or seasonings, such as pepper, chilli powder and garlic should be excluded from the diet.
  6. Anything that is made from milk or cream and is extremely fatty in nature should not be consumed.
  7. Flavoured cheese that is strong and spicy should not be eaten.
  8. Meats that include high levels of fat or those that are highly seasoned should be completely avoided.
  9. Chillies or peppers in any form should be kept away from your diet.
  10. Anything that is made from tomato should also be avoided, such gravy, sauces or raw tomatoes.

When you start to keep your diet clean and healthy, it may be much easier for your doctor to cure you of stomach ulcers.

It is the plant which belongs to nightshade family and is mostly found in North and South America. The dried leaves of this plant are smoked in cigars, pipes and in cigarettes. The leaves are also chewed by many people across the world or inhaled through the nose. It contains a special type of addictive chemical known by the name of Nicotine. Because of this chemical, most of the people find it difficult to leave this product. This plant due to the chemical Nicotine is not good for the health and consumers face many ill effects after consuming this product.

Tobacco is not good for the body as the leaves affect many body organs namely

  1. Brain: 
    1. Special chemical found in tobacco makes you addictive. It directly enters into the brain.
    2. It will make you anxious and depressed after smoking.
    3. It is also responsible for causing headaches
  2. Lungs: 
    1. Smoking of tobacco creates breathing problems by affecting the lungs directly.
    2. Sometimes it causes cough problems as well.
    3. Because of smoking most of the people are diagnosed with lung cancer or other lung diseases.
  3. Mouth: 
    1. It gives you bad breath along with staining your teeth
    2. It removes taste buds from your tongue and you will not like to eat anything; even your favourite food.
    3. It causes gum diseases along with mouth and throat cancer
  4. Skin
    1. It makes your skin dry and yellow
    2. It causes wrinkles on your face
    3. Shows dullness on your skin at a very young age
  5. Bones and muscles
    1. Flow of blood and oxygen is slow in the body
    2. You feel tired and lazy all the time
    3. It will not help in the development of muscles
    4. Makes you inactive and you will avoid doing work.
  6. Heart
    1. It increases the blood pressure and heart rate which are further responsible for causing heart attacks or other heart problems
    2. The heart has to work harder in such cases where people are going for workouts or exercises.

These are not the only bad effects of consuming tobacco. There are many more to it.
Conclusion
All the above points describe the bad effects of consuming tobacco on a person’s health. In case you are not able to leave the habit of consuming tobacco, you must consult a medical practitioner immediately. Your health should always be your first preference in life. Live a healthy life for your own sake.

tips to control diabetes first and foremost take your medicines regularly as diabetes can be controlled ,not fully cured 1-Losing Extra Weight:-helps lowering blood pressure and cholesterol too. For woman: waist of 80 cm or more & for man: waist of 90 cm or more are at risk 2- Constant and regular food timings :-improves metabolic activity and helps in reducing weight. 3- Split your meals and eating in moderate amount:-, improves your metabolic rate as the food u take is not concentrated at one time. 4- No long Gaps and skipping of meals:-. Never miss out breakfast. 5- No overeating:-Never eat in a bulk on one time .Eat your food slowly, chew well. 6- Proper Exercise and work outs:- Brisk walking for 30 min. atleast five times a week is the best and easiest way of exercising. You can also try Cycling, swimming, dancing. Timings for exercise should be fixed and regular. Avoid heavy exercise. Do not eat right away after a workout . 7-constant and regular timings for medication 8-Avoid fried foods and meat: Limit fats and sweets. Rather choose a variety of foods including whole grains, fresh vegetables, salads, fruits, low fat dairy products. 9- Take high-fibre and complex carbohydrates:-like oats as they are easily broken down to basic sugars. Add whole grain foods in your diet. Avoid carbohydrates like white bread, pasta, pizza , candies, and snacks .Instead include high-fiber carbohydrates like wheat bran, flaxseed and methi seeds to your wheat flour. This will increase fibre in your diet.
