The best way to get a flat stomach is to try high intensity cardio. This is because it burns a larger number of calories than low intensity cardio. Playing sports such as football, basketball, cricket, tennis and other sports is also helpful in promoting weight loss. You should perform cardio exercises each day for 60 minutes. Brisk walking is considered an effective cardio workout for those who suffer from joint problems, as it does not place much stress on the joints, compared to other cardio exercises such as running or cycling.

Follow this diet: a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow this regimen and you will soon start seeing the results.

Hello sir, your age shown here might be a typo error. Anyway, irrespective of that, please understand that consumption of any soft drink be it spirit, sprite, coke pepsi, maza etc. Can be very harmful for your health in the long run. Due to there high fructose or corn sugar syrup which is used in them, your liver can become enlarged leading to fatty liver disease also known as nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. This gradually can lead to further decay of liver cells causing cirrhosis of the liver, which is worse than cancer. Also it can lead to weight gain due to the pure carbs and sugars. Besides this, it can also cause severe acidity in some due to its highly acidic nature. So dear boy, frequent use of these products should be avoided at all costs. Once in a while may be just fine.

Hey I am 24 year's old, I want to get rid from my belly fat. From being long time active in physical activity still I am not able to reduce belly fat. I had done lots of physical exercises, i.e. Cardio, weights training etc. But still belly part fat is as it is. From around 2-3 year I am regularly taking luke warm lemon juice with honey at morning time, empty stomach. So please suggest me some supplement to get rid of this problem by this my whole body looks very bad. Please do not take any medicines by yourself The most important aspect of any weight loss routine is diet. Even if you workout for several hours in a day, but have a bad diet, it will hamper your results. You need to include clean foods in your diet that contain lean protein, essential fatty acid as well as complex carbohydrates. Lean sources of protein include chicken, egg whites, whey and legumes. You should consume at least one gram of protein per pound of bodyweight for maintaining muscle mass, when losing weight. Hi, Include whole grain cereals, legumes and pulses, vegetables, fruits, Whole milk and other dairy products, lean meat, fish, egg, whole milk. Avoid refined flour, red meat, oily and fat foods, junk food, sugary foods, alcohol, butter, ghee. Stay hydrated all the time. You have to do exercise/ workout in order to get rid of extra calories if any. For your post workout meal include oats with milk, paneer, skin out chicken (stewed preferably), fish (salmon, mackerel, tuna), egg white, sprouts, quinoa as they all are high in protein. Consider taking olive oil, almonds, dry dates, green tea as they help you relieve your stress and build up strength and immunity. You can go with any one of the above according to your wish list. Its better a take a pre-workout snack which consists of carbohydrate, it can be a fruit, a breakfast cereal in a limited quantity, milkshake without excess sugar. It is not necessary that you have to stick to the same regime, you can change it accordingly but you have to see that the options are healthy and mind your portions.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Avoid to eat spicy food, besan, bekary food, overeating, junk food. 6. Hello I understand your concern. Your diet in past, lack of exercise, stress and sleep habits influence your weight. It works through disturbing normal functioning of your hormones. It is important to understand the direction in which these hormonal changes are happening and based on that, we must decide the correct type of dietary and other changes in lifestyle. Unless we make correct diagnosis and and create a diet and lifestyle plan to correct that hormonal abnormalities you may not be able to lose weight for long term. Most diet fails because they are low calorie and low fat. Instead of correcting metabolism, they make you feel low energy or makes you feel excessively hungry. As soon as your stop crash diet, you will most likely gain the weight right back and you may feel even worse. If you are doing regular exercise, it will increase your fitness, which is very good; however it may not reduce weight much. Calorie counting is useless. If you want to count, count nutritional value of food in terms of protein, fiber, good fat etc. To achieve weightloss - think long term - no crash diet. As I said, weight loss achieved over short term, always comes back. Try this general approach (see below) for 4 weeks. If this works (moves your weight in right direction) then continue. Hi, do regular exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight include protein rich food in your diet. No drink before meals. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.

lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Looking at your fasting glucose, you seem to have diabetes, even though PP is 172 mg. Please get a HbA1c% test done, that will give a clear indication whether As regards using honey whether one is a pre-diabtic or has diabetes then honey is not good as it is only sucrose. Thanks. 1) eat foods rich in protein like milk and milk product, eggs, chicken, meat. 2) eat energy dense foods like nuts, dates, potato, halwa, kheer etc. 3) eat fruits high in energy like banana, chickoo, sitaphal, mango, grapes. 4) eat two servings of pulses in a day esp. Soybean and urad dal. 5) have proper rest.

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. Hye. Thanks for the query. Like any too good to be true fat burner, this is a tall claim made. Most fat burners in my experience have majorly not worked. Most people take it as a “trial and error” product meaning that they only find out that most often it's not really effective after trying it. Most people claim to have experience little or no difference at all after using a fat burner. Like any fat burner there are chances of side effects due to either poor intake, no fat diet, low hydration etc. Concentrate on a healthy diet and exercise routine and you won't need to waste money on such burners.

Hello, Wholegrains, fruits, vegetables, brown rice are good source of fiber. Non-veg foods ideally are devoid of fiber. You can always combine non veg dishes with plateful of salad to enhance its digestion.
