Aim is to be physically and mentally strong. Never feel you are weak. To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy and natural food..>> Take small meals but eat something solid every 2 hours. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice..>> Take one / two small packs (20gm) butter daily. Eat 20 almonds & 5 dates daily. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, banana shakes etc..>> If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. For Veg- Dals have good protein. Have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc..>> Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen..>> No need for any extra supplements. Natural diet is best. Go for 30 mins walks / exercise / yoga daily..>> Take deworming tablets every six month. .Feel confident about yourself and be cheerful All the best.

There is no such test. Well you can test for ra factor. Knee jt replacement is the last option. Depends on what is the condition of joint at present.

For increasing weight ...First we have to work on ur digestive system..It will do Aam pachan and will increase ur digestive power and appetite.... Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day.. Drink plenty of fluids.. Avoid constipation... Hye, Thanks for the query. Children need a lot of energy nutrients for the rapid growth taking place. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: Feed more frequently. She may feel full faster. Feed five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals.Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose rice, rawa, poha ; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and powdered nuts. Don't fill up on tea, coffee and other packeted, so called health drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy milk shakes. Even when underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and kheer are good choices. Keep her active. It will help increase appetite.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. take mahayograj guggul 1 tab twice daily.... Mix equal quantities of powdered fenugreek seeds, turmeric and ginger powder. Take one teaspoon daily in the morning and evening. For dry fomentation of the affected joints, take a cloth and fold it into four, fill it with hot and sand make a potli (bag) out of it. Use this bundle for the fomentation of different joints. This is very helpful in reducing pain and swelling.

Don't let more than four hours go by without eating. Eat several foods at once. Eat healthy, but dense foods. Drink your food. Eat right before bed. Take ashwagandha churna with water twice a day take banana milk shake. Take pranacharaya karsyatanashak capsule twice a day. Take sleep after taking meal drink lots of milk and eat lots of milk products. Like butter. Ghee. Eat sweets.

Pain while stepping up the stair is clearly quadriceps weakness. sit on a high chair so that foot does not touch�s ground. straight Knee forward apply resistance with other limb do this 20 times in this one session and do 3 sessions a day. pain will improve in a weeks time.

Because of stress you are taking additional food. Because of no job. You become very lazy and additional rest due to this reason. You are getting more weight. That is ignorantly you forgotten. Your mind is also not active in these days. Always thinking about job. Lack of opportunities. You become very lazy. No problem now you find out the problem. Try jobs better to walk most of the time. Take less food. Practice yoga it will give mental peace. Try and try until you get the job. Search jobs online ready to take any risk of the job. Better to enquire yourself directly go to the office. If they rejected do not worry. Take another chance. You will get the job. Better to practice running also morning time. Your weight is reduced and your both the problems solved. Hello, egg white, carrote, milk. Pls dont go with steroids, it will build up your muscle but will effect your central nerves system indeed your brain functioning will slow down. Take a protein supplement read ingredients before you take, protein % should be more than 50% easily digestible and from natural plant source. Should also keep hormonal balancing and build up your lean muscle also. Very good for health if any degeneration in the body will also be cured. Hello, Do not wait till you are thirsty, ensure you drink water at regular intervals irrespective of the thirst and climate. Excesss water consumption just before the exercise can make you feel heavy. Instead have a fiber rich fruit for instant energy. Ideally an exercise should be done during morning time.
