Painkiller take after consult to dentist and you can do mouth gargle four time in day (one glass warm water add 1 small spoon salt)

I have consumed very little amount of betadine gargle while I was doing gargling. Will it be harmful?

Use 2% betadine, don't use longer, it may cause to thyroid imbalance. Otherwise no other major side effects of betadine.

No, In army, if you have clean teeth, no caries, in proper align and no missing tooth you will select, numbers never matter in army.

If you want fast alignment to your teeth, it will be create a problem in future at least take minimum 1 years time and on tooth conditions braces quality not matter.
