Do not worry. Relax. It is found that 10-40% men are suffered from this problem. You may use Xtra Time condom (Apollo Pharmacy), it may help you. Take healthy diet and do regular exercise/ physical activity. Take Tab. Fluoxetine 20 mg once daily for 4-6 weeks. Then consult doctor again. Heart-healthy behavior is penis-healthy behavior. You should quit smoking, eat more low-cholesterol foods, and get plenty of regular cardio exercise—particularly squats, hip thrusts, and leg lifts—to send blood rushing to the pelvic and gluteal area. Feel free to consult again, if required. Do abovementioned things for 15-30 days, then consult again there are some more techniques which can help you. You have to rely on doctor, discussing again and again with doctor will let you understand about cause of problem. And ultimately you will find that problem is not much large that you were thinking.

Hi. From almost 2 years i am suffering with fungal infection on my buttocks, back side of shoulders, back side of my body. I consultant 2 skin specialists but this fungal infection was coming again and again surrounding places of previous infected places. Is their any ayurvedic medicine. If I use I should never get again and again.

Hello, My problem is I cant wake up in the morning. I put 100s of alarms in phone and alarm clock but still I stop them and back to sleep. How to wake up on time and help me to set my sleep cycle. As soon as possible Thank you doctors.

Don't make any arrangement for alarm system and get up on your own and see to it that you have had full rem mode of sleep.

Hello, I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga, i can give you address of rajyoga meditation center near your house (this is free of cost) 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can take bath at bedtime 6. Avoid daytime sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes Consult me if symptom persist

I am 63 years old and facing acute problem of constipation and pain in stomach. I was also operated for blockage of small intestine in 2012 but I am not feeling well even after surgery and problem is the same. Due to this problem I am feeling laziness. Limit the amount of white bread, sugar, meat, junk food and milk products (cheese, milk, butter, cream.) and increasing fresh fruits, veggies, water and fiber (beans, oats,) also yogurt really helps due to the probiotics. Maybe you could do a food diary for a period, eliminate a couple of items at a time and build up until you have added enough other of good items to make the stools loose. Oatmeal helps out tremendously. Figure out the diet and once you've added enough good things, slowly pull back on the laxatives and pay attention as you go. This could be a food allergy, do some research, usually its lactose (dairy), nuts, sugar, food coloring, preservatives. Try to avoid boxed and processed foods which have more preservatives, calories, fat, high carb. I hope some of this helps.

Do nasal administration of cow ghee two drops each nostril, sesame oil massage on foot sole and head, go to bed at 10 pm around, bed time warm milk is good option, have warm easily digestible semi solid food before 8 pm.

Thalassemia is blood related disease. Blood transfusion should be done throughout the life. Monthly once change the blood. Injecting new bottle of month it is necessary. Hematologist is the right person to treat this disease. Search good heamotologist. MD, DM in hematology is the right person. In his observation blood transfusion must be done appropriately. MD is also treat this problem. But he is not right person. Better to search a good qualified hematologist. Generally children affected this disease. It is very rare disease. But it is curable. It needs monthly transfusion of blood. Voluntary organisations also there in india. For mentally retardation occupational therapist, rehabilitation psychologist do their work properly. Better to meet right professional to come out of this problem. It needs lot of patience. Both are not cured in some months. It needs years treatment. So up to that wait patiently. Do not treat him psychological ill person. Family support and co operation is compulsory. Take proper step and do needful job. Ok all the best.

My mom is 65 years old, she is getting vomited many times, but she is refusing to go to hospital and not eating food and water also (little). Any other ways to control this vomits.

I have a low bp. What are the diet, lifestyle and exercise to follow to alleviate the same. Currently I do plank exercise and dont feel the side effects also I eat jaggery with groundnut and eat oats which reduces the side effects. R these are appropriate things in such a condition. It's been two years that I got a stroke. But, my INR levels seem to be fluctuating. Now, I am taking Acitrom 5 mg (one day)-4 mg (one day)-4 mg (one day) on a daily basis, every day at 4 pm. Now, my question is when should I take my INR test as the medicine is not constant. Whether it is on 5 mg, or it is on 4 mg day. Kindly suggest. Also, any natural remedies please.

Please don't worry to have good circulation. Do regular exercise do regular pranayam and yoga have a habit of walking daily in greenery for 30 to 40 minutes do meditation regularly, it increases blood flow to brain and also gives rest to brain avoid oily spicy and fast food avoid outside food take salads and fruits more take 4to5 badam per day take one akhrot per day take one beet root daily take 2to 3 kali of lahsuna per day can reduce dose of acitrom to 2 mg per day start tab abana by himalaya 1 1 get trained for yoga by experts and try to do sarvangasan and shirshasan, please avoid shirshasan if you have aneurisms or any blood vessels deformity in brain test your pt or inr after one month following above points re consult me on lybrate after 1mth.

Wholesome foods—which are rich in nutrients include raw or cooked fresh and frozen fruits and vegetables, unsalted nuts, lean meats, fresh fish or shellfish, eggs, low-fat milk, plain yogurt, and low-fat cheese. 2. Maintain a balanced diet. Keep in mind the importance of wholesome foods and make sure your diet is well-balanced. A balanced diet will promote optimum nutrition and help you feel more energetic every day. Let wholesome fruits and vegetables make up half your diet.
