If your age is above 18 years then no use my dear still you can try for cupping therapy and take calcium supplement daily once in morning with milk.

Dear Lybrateuser, - To build muscles you have to consume a well balanced diet with more of fruits, vegetables, whole grains instead of refined ones, protein rich foods such as eggs, non veg, milk & milk products such as yogurt, cheese, butter milk, cottage cheese, soya products, tofu, legumes, sprouts, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews, peanuts - add a protein rich food to each of your meals & also have as a snack in between meals to boost your protein intake - do regular exercise like walking, jogging, swimming, play an outdoor game, do moderate weight lifting for 10-15 min twice a day, can do pushups, pull ups, crunches, squats to build your muscles & to keep fit - consult a dietician on forum for your exact requirement of calories & protein per day as per your level of activity, dietary habits & constitution.

Hi,Thank you for your query. We will be happy to help you. Avoid all outside food that includes junk, processed food as well as food items that are oily, sugary, or salty. Instead eat home cooked meals with 4 to 5 servings of fruits and veggies. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Eat a protein rich breakfast every morning. Drink plenty of water throughout the day; especially before meals. Exercise at least 5 days a week, 30 minutes each time. We are here to guide you. Hair loss from the hairline or crown can occur due to many reasons, more commonly due to- - hormonal effect - nutrition - lifestyle imbalance - stress - Medical conditions, fever The exact reason can be found out by taking detailed history and hair analysis. Accordingly, anti hairloss medicines, hair specific multivitamins, lotions and gels are prescribed. Many non surgical external treatments are available that show good results and can prevent hair transplant. These are: Mesoporation with hair peptides Stemcell, Dermaroller PRP therapy etc. Treatments are prescribed according to diagnosis. You can expect results in 6 to 8 months with a combination of these treatments. Dandruff Follow these practices to keep your scalp clean and healthy- 1. Wash hair every alternate day- from root to tip. 2. Use a hair oil 1 hour before shampoo. 3. Do not rub your hair vigorously, gently pat dry. 4. Use a conditioner if hair are frizzy. If Your dandruff stays even after these practices, consult a dermatologist. Include various shakes and smoothies, dry fruits and nuts, ghee and other healthy fats, multigrain or whole wheat bread, cheese to your diet. Eat more potatoes, rice and bananas. You can also try peanut butter or other nut butters. Increase your protein consumption. If you eat non-veg, eat it more often. If not then have paneer, chickpeas, dals and other beans and lentils.
